Mi Municipio;

Es una aplicación que permite el contacto entre el ciudadano y las distintas áreas de mantenimiento y seguridad de cada Municipio en la República Mexicana.

Aquí el ciudadano podrá realizar reportes sobre distintos temas (baches en vías públicas, alumbrado público, semáforos con falla, áreas verdes en mal estado, incendios, robos, vehículos sospechosos, accidentes automovilísticos, entre muchos otros), se tomará en cuenta la ubicación exacta del ciudadano mediante el uso del GPS (para identificar claramente el lugar del reporte) además de la evidencia que deberá sostener el usuario (fotografía o vídeo), y se le responderá por medio de la aplicación y de un mensaje SMS a su número celular en cuanto su reporte haya obtenido respuesta por parte de las autoridades.

También por medio de ésta aplicación, los usuarios del transporte público (taxi, ruta, tren, etc.) viajarán más seguros, ya que podrán dar aviso mediante las placas, número económico o alguna referencia del vehículo en el que viajarán a las autoridades (además un familiar o amigo es notificado mediante un mensaje), para de ésta manera poder dar seguimiento en caso de alguna emergencia.

El usuario también podrá notificar cuando tenga alguna emergencia para que las autoridades identificando rápidamente su posición puedan actuar para dar una eficaz solución.
