This app is clunky, slow and cannot be moved to SD. It doesn't always work as expected and it is not intuitive.

No way to disable notifications(in app) without creating an account. Advertising to my phone through app notifications is not acceptable.

Slow. Too manipulating. I prefer to walk in and see deals. Almost everything on the app has a catch while in store everything is respectably labeled on sale.

After the last update the offers in the app stopped working

Difficult to manuever. Difficult to make a grocery list.

L&B did an excellent job improving the app. More user friendly, quick moving interface, and the option to download PDF of the weekly add. Good work.

Such an improved experience.

1. Apps need to start in <3 seconds. Yours routinely takes 7-10+ (wifi and 4g). Totally unacceptable. 2. Search does not work well. you seem to have to have an exact match to return results. And there is no way to see what aisle it is on if you do get a result. 3. You require people to create a login to create lists. All you are doing is adding friction to the interaction with your users. You need to show value before requiring people to create logins.

This app provides customers with easy to understand access to Lunds and Byerly's in store items. I love how you can set a home store and make personalized shopping list. This app also allows customers to shop online and see items on sale. I really enjoy the recipe idea feature. Overall this app is very helpful and useful in providing a sensational shopping experience.

Is this app ever gonna work?? I can't even check the ads, ask me to log in, i put all my info and try to set my store location, which i already setup long time ago and i don't know why asking me to set up the store location AGAIN. When i tried AGAIN it says default store location!! And i sent an email about their screwed up app, no one replied back! How nice!

The app constantly wants to take me to the wrong store and the weekly ad is not downloadable

The does not load. When it does, it always tried to send me to a store i never shop at and is not close.

The staff working this feature are grounded in excellent customer service. I only have to ask and they do their best to meet my needs! I am confident that they make the same selection choices as I would. Bravos for their dedication to customer service.

Have installed and uninstalled multiple times to try to get it to work. Continually shuts down when trying to login or set up account. Looks great and would love to use the discounts, but a total disappointment.

Offers don't come through and the app blows up frequently. Not very useful.

stops every 30 secs. seemed to work better before 4.4.4. Doesn't work with my nexus 7 either. Wants to take me to a store before I enter any info!

No longer runs after latest "bug fix update" (incidentally, same issues with iOS version), and like others never finds closest store, though I'm in the middle of the store. Latest update has new look, but same crashes (time to use a different app developer, L&B)

Look at large stores apps like Krogers, Fry's or Safeway and see they have a smart suggest feature. You need it.

Great deals and new products. The new design is fantastic.

Try to log in says I need to pick my store but there is no way to do that. The app is VERY SLOW to load

Runs slow loading content even when Wi-Fi connected.

This app has been stopped working on me for many times, and I even sent an email out to them how this app is acting up but, no one cares! They never responded my email! When it was working I enjoyed this app and I got notified about the items I saved, but I haven't get any notification for months now. Sometimes notification doesn't even work. If you care about your customers, please fix the problems.
