I hate this app

Can't log in.

I used this app for years. First I had trouble accessing sheets. Now I can't even log into Drive. Very sad, actually. It used to be one of the best apps for grading. I checked again on 1.17.2016 with the same problem--can't login to Google. Come on people, fix this authentication problem. What idiot would buy the "Pro" version of the trial has this problem. Really!

I hate this app

I was a consistent user last year. Parents loved the grades being sent after every assessment. Now i am getting ready for this year and it cannot extract data from the spreadsheets I created in Drive. What was changed?! How did this app go from best to useless? I even reinstalled the app.. Google looks like they made some changes from last year's sheets to now. I can only bring in sheets from last year to this app. Can you fix this?

Works great...if you have all of your grades on one sheet. The problem is I like to separate test, quizzes, homework, and participation grades on separate tabs/sheets within one file (because there are so many assignments in my 176 hour class). It gets a little confusing to have 4 separate files, which is the only way to separate them with this version. I would buy full version (and 5 star) if multi-sheet spreadsheet files worked and would love it if they had an option to 'add assignment' to make new assignments from my tablet. I do have to give it to the company though. I posted that it didn't work on my Samsung tablet and (while Google play never told me they did) they fixed it and responded to me here quickly. I just noticed today...

I'm sure it's a fine app by what others have rated. However, I have tried many times to get it to work and nothing. Sorry, but it does not work for me.

Because I can't log into drive, I can't sync to my spreadsheet. Would very much like the conferment of the app if it didn't consistently fail to recognize my gmail username and password.

It looks like a good app but i cant get into it.

The app cannot find Google spreadsheets from current Google sheets. Really unfortunate.

I cannot believe how fantastic this app is. Works perfectly, you can even watch grades update live on a computer to be sure it works. Slight glitch if you have deleted the 1st worksheet on Google drive, as app only appears to use this, so you need to make a new file. Quick numeric entry says alpha! Overall one of the best apps I've used.

Simply outstanding. Setup class roster on a Google spreadsheet, then assignments across the top row and it's basically finished. Then open app and sync to file(s). The email to students/parents functions is excellent. The message to student or group is smart. Just add some simple formulas to get % grade per student.

Great app! Easy to use, works great with google docs spreadsheet, simple and to the point! Great for when grading papers away from a computer!

It does not find any sheets associated with the account. App does not look like video at all.

Good idea buy a waste of time

Really excellent app. Works perfectly and so convenient for parent teacher interviews when you quickly want to get an overall picture of students' academic progress with all results conveniently displayed together on your hand held device! Really apprecate it.

Exactly what I needed. Force closes sometimes when returning to it from another task.

I really appreciate the work on the grading program. It is simple with an attractive look. I like that it is easy to read and uses google docs. Thanks

This app lacks a lot of the features I was hoping for. Another app I found that has a seating chart and ability to randomly select students is Score Quick, many more features than this one.

This is _almost_ the perfect gradebook for me. I get to create my perfect setup in Google Spreadsheet, including color coding, totals, etc., and then make a template from that. Importing my student list into a new spreadsheet is easy. Sharing the grades with the ES supervisor is equally simple (because of the tie with Google Drive). If you want me to share that template, I will. I have two feature requests: 1) Please use the Android account auth method instead of requesting user / pass. 2) Please allow multiple sheets. Having a separate spreadsheet for each subject clutters up my Drive a lot and makes it difficult to aggregate data by class across subjects. Great work, though. I use it almost every day now.

Had this emulated the spreadsheet I created, I might have loved this app. However, you must click the student, then the assignment, then in the grade box for the keyboard to appear, then enter the grade, then submit, then go back to the list of students. Rinse and repeat. Was looking for an easy way to check in homework assignments. This isn't it.

I could not log into my Google account. Not going to purchase the app if the free one doesn't work.
