Festival Aurillac

Créé en 1986, le Festival International de Théâtre de Rue d’Aurillac n’a cessé de s’imposer comme l’une des principales manifestations de spectacle vivant en France.

Pour son édition 30 bis, la ville accueille 21 compagnies officielles dont Anne-James Chaton, Carabosse, la Compagnie Adhok, la compagnie Rasposo, Générik Vapeur, Gratte Ciel, KompleX KapharnaüM, OpUS…ainsi que plus de 600 compagnies de passage qui font du Festival d’Aurillac, un événement exceptionnel de création, de recherche et de diffusion artistique.

Durant ces 4 jours, Aurillac ouvre toutes ses rues, places, squares à quelques 130 000 spectateurs, afin d’offrir une programmation bouillonnante et ouverte sur l’international.

En amont du temps fort, le Festival dévoile Les Préalables en accueillant des compagnies de la programmation officielle à Aurillac et sur le territoire du Cantal, créant ainsi de nouveaux rythmes, de nouveaux regards et de nouvelles rencontres avec le public.

Un grand rendez-vous artistique et culturel ! Created in 1986, the International Festival of Aurillac Street Theatre has continued to establish itself as a major show events living in France.

In its edition 30a, the city hosts 21 official companies with Anne-James Chaton, Carabosse, the Adhok Company, the Rasposo company Générik Steam, Sky scraper, KompleX KapharnaüM, opus ... and more than 600 passing companies doing Aurillac Festival, a special event creation, research and artistic dissemination.

During these 4 days, Aurillac opens all its streets, squares, squares with some 130 000 spectators, to offer a bubbling programming and open to the international.

Upstream of the highlight, the Festival reveals the prerequisites for hosting companies of the official program in Aurillac and in the territory of the Cantal, creating new rhythms, new looks and new encounters with the public.
