Groupe Consensus management dashboard is an effective tool allowing managers to quickly get an overview of the performance of its teams and to exercise a great leadership directly associated with priorities. This application will help leaders to take in concideration the seven (7) issues necessary for healthy management and offer them appropriate recommendations directly related to the results of its teams. Using the dials, including assisted mode when needed, managers will establish a real picture of their organizational performance and will be invited to take action. A follow-up reminder will be generated automatically one month after the first evaluation to ensure rigor and monitor its teams.
