Works okay but as others have stated it takes ages to tell you what your balance is. At the moment I can't even top up because it's saying forbidden access error code 403

Works well some days then slow other days. Great for topping up. Text messages keep me informed when my meter is low but don't always come through until after I have topped up as my in home display beeps constantly when funds are low.

Doesn't for fill the task its designed to do. A simply task of entering meter readings for example. Constant error messages. What's the fricking point

Not happy at all. Had prepay meters installed on friday.. topped up over the phone and the credit i asked to be transfred to my electric wasnt done..was told i could tranfer between accounts...total rubbish .i want them removing..app aint working either ...

It's really slow, too many "sorry error occurred" messages then few second later it's ok. But better than call customer service....

Very slow to update. Doesn't work as it should to offer a quick reliable service with instant account information! This app is letting you down guys!

App is pi*s poor was sold this smart meter as the next best thing yet i cant even friggin top up when my meter is low absolute joke god help the country when these meters become mandatory hold onto your old meters for as long as you can.. worst idea ever

Never worked for me - always displays the the really useful message "An error has occurred, please try again later". Username/password works on desktop, just never on this app.

Great that I can top up from my phone, but balance is never available, either doesn't load or says try again later. Would be a lot better if this problem was solved.

Not impressed with the app at all. Glitchty springs to mind. This needs to be better!! Frustrating to say the least. Not happy!!!!

not a very good app takes 1. it takes 2-3 attempts to sign in 2.when making payment it takes the payment confirms via email great then it takes an age for it to be transfered to the meters why should be instant within seconds 3.checking your balances is so slow 4.and after you have been on the app for a few mins it you cant do anything as it keeps saying were having techinical issues really in this day and age

Worked fine then you updated it so it will no longer work on my rooted phone! Never had this problem before! Even my banks app works on a rooted phone

Great when it works but keeps coming up with error 403 forbidden access...really not helpful when you desperately need to top up :(

Absolute tripe! Crashes all the time, nightmare trying to top up energy. The Apps just as bad as the company. I will be switching energy suppliers very soon!

Got email saying my bill ready to view,i click on app says need updating-click update n now it doesnt work

Really slow there is aways some form of error. Never been able to see how much I have on my account

Doesn't keep you logged in even though u ask for it to.be kept logged in. Frustrating. Graphs aren't always updated with readings. Can't keep on to of useage

Does the basics but keeps logging me out. Home screen keeps trying to log in with a blank password. Tad frustrating.

I think it takes the app a year to realise u want to check whats on your gas and electric the only good thing about the app is u can top up gas and electric from the comfort of your own home

Shocking never shows your balance so cant transfer money between meters !!!

Always has worked for me and I get all the info I require.

Easy and quick to get an updated view of the amount and cost of energy that you have used.
