Won't allow me to log in, crap.

My PlayStation name

Any chance of reserving a spot for the popular Sony booths at E3 were ruined by this flawed app. Reservations weren't kept even if I clicked in time. On top of that, the final days reservations for the one thing I wanted to see was off by 12 hours, leaving nobody able to book. Then when it was fixed at some arbitrary time it filled immediately. An utter shambles. God of war looked amazing though...

One of the worst application I ever use, and the playstation people don't know how to use it to. It's just crazy to stand in the line for an hour and then someone tell you cannot get in unless you show us the notification that they don't know how to bring it up on their own application they created

The App won't even allow me to log in after trying several times. A complete waste.

Complete waste of time, had to use it for E3. App sends you reminders for appointments even if you're not actually registered. If you manage to register that is because for an event as busy as E3 the app just freezes as soon as appointments go live. Even when I was lucky enough to get an appointment, my name wasn't forwarded to the staff at the booth so I couldn't get in even though the app said I was registered. Total shambles, please ditch this system and let people queue up if they want to do something

I downloaded the app with great anticipation. My code on screen (yes, I do have a Ps4 so there's no reason not to work) but when I entered the codes (multiple times[I even changed it 1 or 2]) it didn't work. I tried every possible way, and it just didn't connect. I tried after signing in with my PSN account but just the same. Could it be my phone or is it the app? I don't know, all I know is that at least with me, my ps4 and PS experience app didn't connect... Didn't rate 0 stars because I don't know how to

This app did not work at E3. I got the Horizon theatre in my schedule then it disappeared later. Didn't get to see what I wanted despite registering successful enough to get the notification. The app kept crashing. The other problem was that they said the theatre started at 11 PM instead of AM so nobody could register. Do lines next time Sony.

App takes forever to load and constantly crashes. Super disappointed. Will probably skip Sony next E3.

I really hope they don't do this next year.

The servers backing up this app obviously can't handle the load generated by attendee check-ins. I've checked in over 60+ times, and more than half of my check-in rewards have yet to register after a whole day. I also heard nothing but complaints around me from attendees - and exhibitors - about how slow and unreliable this was. I really hope nobody uses Guidebook as a basis for future show apps; it's obviously unreliable.

Slow load times. Also wont let me connect to my psn i have tried several times. Always get an error or it times out instantly. And the check ins with my badge dont register on the app(wich im sure would show up if i could sign in to psn) not to mention all the check in devices keep crashing

It has taken almost 24 hours to register all my check-ins. Now the issue is my check-ins show up, but i'm not getting credit for the rewards. Defeats the whole purpose of using this app if you can't turn in rewards while the show is ongoing.

A day later and still no rewards or check ins have posted. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, signed out and signed in. Nothing.

Did not work while I was there Saturday Dec 5th, because of that places I checked in are not registered which means I haven't received the rewards for playing all the games and going to the panels and checking in. Should have received PlayStation $10 voucher but it still states I'm missing things that I know checked into. Disappointing.

Took 48 hours to update rewards in the app...which means AFTER PSX has ended. So basically worthless for items you can only pickup during PSX. Frequently scan stations were down. Not surprisingly, the one scan it doesn't sync is the one needed to get a $10 psn voucher.

(UPDATE ) This app is awful. I know with so any people using internet that it may take time to update, but a full day later and still not showing most of my check-ins even tough they show up in other places.(Finally loaded most check-ins. Though still missing a few. New ratings to 3 star.)

Works but not developed or complete enough to full maximize the scheduling and navigation. Cheap.

All my check ins at PSX dont work.

Check ins registered, but didn't fulfill requirements for rewards. 48 check ins and I didn't even get the bronze trophy card. Really disappointing, especially since it kept me from getting the PSN discount.

This was a great idea. Being able to register for vr demos was great.

Good app

Difficult to navigate. Asked via toast to sign in, but with no hints where. Manual Facebook login.
