Frequently crashes. NY Comicon initself is a mess. Im a hiring producer and I received my badge 2 days into the event. This app is equally atrocious. Reedpop needs to fire everyone. SD and Boston Cons are far better. NY is dead.

It's game day and it updates every time you open it. Updates every time it crashes. Why would you add an event to your schedule that happened the day before? We're nerds! This is one app that shouldn't be having these issues! Hell. * Addendum 1. You cannot even Back out of the app, you have to hit the Home button. Addendum 2. Deleting. Better luck next year.

Why does it need to UPDATE, EVERYTIME you open it? Spotty signal and wifi inside NYCC-So you just get blank information. No simple export to Calendar (wtf?) Grab an old school paper program for a better experience .

This app screwed up the permissions on some of my other phone apps, including my camera. Now I can't open my camera app and the overlay messages are so annoying!

All this app needs to do is list events you want to see in a calendar. It removes all your choices after one of the last updates. During the con. How could they screw this up.

Needs to update every time it's launched, no setting to disable that. Crashes half the time. Considering using a spreadsheet instead as it would be a better user experience.

All of the negative reviews are spot in so I won't repeat. I will point out that the paper program is up to date and the program on the app is not. In spite of it being up to date!!

Why does this app need to constantly update every 10 minutes constantly closes any other app I'm currently using just to automatically open this crappy app instead to update then crashes will be deleting. You think a con in a big city in NY and its app would get it right but no

New year, new app, similar results. The layout of the app was improved but the end product lacked real usage. Searching has improved but the primary reason for the app, tracking things you want to see/do/buy, was poor. Twice the app lost/cleared my favorites. The first time I was logged into My Show, the second time I wasn't. Many tables for artist alley listed were not correct. Notes I added on My Show were inaccessible in the app. Simply put, the app did nothing to add to or improve the NYCC experience.

Either the app doesn't save a local copy of favorites and is having connection issues, or it just deleted all of my favorites. Had issues all day today that ruined all the planning I put into this convention.

Running a Samsung 5s. The app is not nearly as intuitive as the desktop version, and continously stalls and stops working. The functions when they work dont allow you to filter by types of events, which means you have to scroll through eveything on a day to eventually find what you want. A frustrating experience.

The only thing worse than this app are NYCC ticket sales.

Another Comic Con and another trash version of this app. Nothing changed from last year, repeated crashes.

force opened even when notifications are disabled and the application process is killed through a task manager

Deleted my saved panels and doesn't show information. Bad update.

Sends push for random things and no alerts for my schedule. ..sucks

It's pretty good. I like it. It's very informative.

The app is pretty basic but works for my needs. I wish the calendar would sync with the website. Instead I find myself constantly updating in both places. Also wish I could add notes and times such as purchased photo ops and time to walk to the other buildings

Worked ok before nycc. But loading after, app was unresponsive for several minutes, if it responded at all. Updates don't happen in background, and remove user from screen their currently looking at

Two things: app won't open and it doesn't sync with website. We need a fix since tomorrow is Comic-con. 10/16: It won't recognize my password.

Already added a bunch of exhibitor favorites through the website. They don't sync to the app. I have to manually add them all again? What's the point?

Spent time imputing my preference, then I reload it and it stalls.

It updates when I first open. Updates again when I try looking at anything which causes it to go back to the home page. Was much better last year

Literally the simplest kind of application, it's just a list. Yet this is glitchy trash. How do you mess up a list? A list you can't even get to the bottom of.. because it bounces you back to the top. There are also no search or filters. It's a joke really. I mean the website is too, so not surprised.

The app is up to date with guests and panels, but is laggy at times. The search function doesn't always work. But I can create a schedule with the current days and times of the events. The app is handy, but could use some fine tuning.

Less than a month until nycc and this app has literally no info. I see no guests, panels, or anything. Last year this app was my savior, that's the only reason I gave it any stars at all. Update the damn info and fix your damn app!

Website updated to show up to date panels and exhibitors. App does not reflect that. If data updated to reflect the data on the website..it gets a higher rating. For now, just a 3.

For the past 3 years, this app gets worse and worse. Last year's app was a bit dodgy to navigate but at least almost everything worked. This years is just bad all around.

Like everyone else, this app is horrible. Noting loads, nothing available. Year after year it gets worst and worst.

Can't log in

Wife's iPhone version is updated with panel information, but mine does not update. Galaxy s7 Edge, latest version.

Where do I begin? Your posts all state the app is updated. But I open the app.... Nothing. I refresh it.... Nothing. This yr the app sucks so much!

Information regarding guests, while available on the NYCC website, is not available on the app. The app provides no useful information.

Now I'm at nycc and can't get your app to open. Neither can anyone else around me. Your app is as horrible as your convention. I'll never try going to nycc again and your app is the worst thing ever. Now I'm going to blast your app and nycc on every site imaginable!!!

No reminders, panels missing and thought the whole experience was just a shambles. Crashes all the time and when it does work I can't seem to find the panels I needed. Poor at best, ruins my whole day at NYCC.

Crashes seems tied to scheduling after this morning's update. No amount of cache clearing, machine restarts, or reinstalls are doing a thing. Advice to developers, revert to yesterday's build till you can trace the cause.

Non stop crashing the second I open it when last night it worked fine.
