I used it to pre-order my lunch for the first time today. It worked pretty well, but some suggestions for future upgrades are: -link to PayPal (rather than having to type in credit card details) -ability to check on order on the app, rather than wait for confirmation email (which got caught in my spam folder)
Services aren't cheap and don't give enough loyalty out to recurring customers. App keeps opening without me touching it and plays in my back ground, wasting my battery
After an odd GUI bug was reported, and fixed, I can now register. 10/10, would complain again.
Keeps telling me the card number is invalid when trying to register. Same online. Please fix
Couldn't work it out, uninstalled it.
When i go into 'gomex loyalty program' the screen brightness turns to full and doesnt fix itself until i close the app. (I'm guessing it does this to make it easier to scan the barcode) Other than that no complaints
Can't register as the "I'm happy to receive emails" is greyed out and can't be toggled on or off so it wont proceed.
Won't let me put orders through
Although I noticed a typo in the pop up Registration Complete! You can now sign up using your "emial and password"
Buggy app that sells your details and doesn't recognise code.
Keeps asking to accept t&c, but no button to accept.
Works well enough (but slow) on a Nexus 6 (Android 5.1.1) but needs paypal as I don't want to have to enter my card details every time. There is also no way to cancel or change an order. I made it 3 stars as the app dies without confirmation when ordering (have to wait for the email to be sure).
... Tuggerah ... Tuggerah ... Tuggerah ...
Can't register for loyalty on Android 6.0...
Nice that you can order from the app now.
Won't remember your Gomex card barcode without an internet connection, which rather misses the point of being able to use this instead of a physical card.
Trying to install on note 4, get an "unknown installation error -505"
Totally broken on Android 5.0 and above!
Needs bitcoin integration
