Downloaded the app hoping to get a free burrito and earn some points, and it didn't let me get my free burrito. Downloaded again and same thing... really?
Tried installing twice, no free burrito. Keep saying no already registered
I clearly selected sign-up burrito before checkout and it disappeared once I completed the order and staff were very unhelpful in solving this issue. I am very unhappy with how a simple order turned out. EDIT 13/11/17: I had this "issue" clarified but not resolved. Implementation of coupon system is poor and long loading times when making orders.
No option to use GYG points when placing an order on the app. I have $20 so now I have to go in store to place my order and wait just so I can get my discount. I complained about this problem over a year ago and they still haven't fixed this. Come on
UX horror. Whoever designed and approved this app must have been drunk on margaritas. Impossible to edit an order. And it's slooooooow. Ugh.

Tried it almost a year after first trying the app when nothing worked (no free burrito, can't order, can't even reset password) and it's still the same. I don't understand how incompetency can get that bad. Do your developers even test the code before deploying? Wow.
Has obnoxious notifications and no clear way to disable them within the app.

Ads now show up in notification tray
Push notification ads are instant uninstall. Don't pollute my phone.

Billed multiple times, could never activate the bonus sign up deal.
Charged my card four times after two error messages. The store couldn't even tell if my order went through or not. Just means more work for me to do to chase up to ensure that no monies are charged.
The free burrito redemption on 1st online order never worked for me or my partner. Been a GYG customer for long and always loved the food. But disappointed in the app

HOW TO MAKE THIS APP BETTER: 1 - Get rid of the drawing of the logo on opening/between screens, it takes too long. Just flash a completed logo or get rid of it. We know who you are or we wouldn't have your app ???? 2 - Be able to add brown rice to Nachos. Can do in store but not on the app 3 - Way too many permissions!
Every time I tried to log in I got the message "the server could not be reached". Please don't waste your time with this app.
Have tried multiple times to order, but when I get to payment, it always throws out an error, no matter what payment method I use. Contacted customer service and was told there's nothing to do but wait for their dev team to fix the app and roll out an update. What a crappy experience. Total waste of time.
