We all have apps we routinely check.

Add apps to a list of favourites and see when you've last checked them.
Set a threshold in Settings and the app with automatically let you know if it's time to check that app again.
A green tick indicates you've check that app within the threshold set.

Great for apps you check 1...2...3.... or more times each day.
