I love this app because of its stealth mode which means the app icon is not visible to an unauthorised person. On my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge the app opens seamlessly by calling a code preceded by the star key but on my wife's S5 it takes 5 or six tries before the phone realises that you are not trying to dial a phone number. Perhaps there is a fix

I have been told from the last version 2.0 to upgrade the app in order to sync with cloud. I upgraded by paying $5 bucks but not able to retrieve my data from the cloud. Every time I try to connect the cloud, it creates new database. I request you to refund my money.

I have a Nexus 6P. This phone doesn't have external storage. A simple email to Customer Service resulted in an extremely quick and helpful response from Winston. His tip worked like a boss and my Nexus 6P now has full functionality of this amazingly helpful app. This is the way developers should support users!

tried to contact customer services. It took them days to reply. Then when first contact was made I got one reply per day. Until I requested a refund and sent a copy with proof of purchase. Then nothing, I didn't have time to wait weeks as my phone had to go in to get repaired. Really bad customer service

I have tried several password keepers over the years. Password Wallet/locker is the best bar none. WARNING there are several apps with the name password locker be SURE it is by Handy Apps. Although I had a problem migrating from Wallet to Locker it was resolved. The MOST IMPORTANT plus for me is the accessible outstanding customer service. I believe they are working on toning down the bright white background which is hard on the eyes but I choose it over some of the other less effective apps I have tried.

Covers one of the records in the groups. If it's the last record, it makes hitting the show button impossible. Fix this bit of bad design and I'll consider more stars. Also, a dark theme would be nice. The bright white is really hard on the eyes. App has just been less useful since interface change.
