The GUI shown in the manual is much different from the GUI on the app. Unable to adjust day and date. Unable to adjust video resolution or timing. Looses WiFi connection frequently. Will be sending camera back.

I have been using the app for over four months without any issues. It allows me to do everything it said it could. I think there might be different cameras that use it. The one I have works fine. You do have to pay attention to the instructions when setting up.

The previous version allowed more control. Resolution and motion detect are no longer available although direct connection to WiFi an advantage. Would like to see control reinstated. Thanks

I was told to install this to operate a camera I bought but this is useless, it doesn't work at all.

There is an error that keeps coming up when trying to download your sd recordings and you can't delete them neither.. can this please be sorted out? Really needs an update loads of issues need sorting out! ASAP

Instructions don't match the app at all.

And this app is so poorely designed. Wasted hours in the evening coming from work to set it up at my business. Nope. Still couldn't get the WiFi to connect. Not sure to use what login password either

Instructions are for Apple. However if you persevere with Android it works really well. YouTube was helpful. First WiFi direct to the clock/camera. I could not get the QR code to scan so I typed in the full serial number of the HD clock camera and everything started to work.

After I looking on youtube found out how to connect to phone and tablet now working on viewing through computer using Security solfware.

New version doesn't have notifications or as much control as old version. Why?

Tried IOS and Android and it won't pick up the camera or network. Worst part is that without the app the camera I paid money for is useless. Worst purchase I ever made.

So easy to setup.. it works perfectly on IOS and Android

After installing and loading the app i turn on and follow manuals instructions but when i chose "LAN search device" it gives me nothing. Not one wifi signal is detected. My computer and phone detect over 12. So is my app faulty or is it something im missing?

HD Wi-Fi clock camera don't work follow instructions that came with the clock off and I couldn't find was the uid number maybe if I had that I could have got this to work otherwise it's expensive paperweight

It works great with the TS8 but thats why you pay a bit more with us because we give you the classroom one on one to learn how to use it

The app is garbage. The camera is useless without the app working. Wasted money buying this camera.
