Great app. Could do with options to disable the vibrate notifications though, they can really get on your nerves.

Bit of a battery drain. It regularly shows up as using 15-25% of battery and does so regardless of whether my status is set to Available. Would be good if devs can investigate.

This app is excellent. It allows you to be logged in even when you're on the go, plus it runs in the background just like any other messaging app. Love it.

I like this application because I can be available while out to help whoever needs it. The only downside to it is that auto correct is completely messed up, there is no option for it to be on or off..it has its own version which fails to capitalize "I's" and to scroll back and reread what you wrote takes forever if you've written more than 2 sentences because the box never grows when you type more it just gets longer and longer and you have to keep scrolling
