Use to work great now when I enter my member number it show error message. Unistalled and installed still won't work. Please fix

No touch id on Google pixel. Can't see any transactions. Very un-user friendly. Hoping for an update.

Worked for a week, now it says error when I try to put in my member number. I even got my card out to make sure I was putting the right number.

This error keeps appearing every time I try to lon on. Cleared cache, restarted phone, had good connection. Getting real old real quick. Fix for higher rating.

App was working great now I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I use it. Its the handshake error. I tried it with data and Wi-Fi. Once I uninstall and reinstall it will let me log in but the next time I get the error again.

Please fix. This is getting old and I'm pretty close to changing banks. Every time I try to log on I keep getting the above message. Restart phone and all but no. success. Very slow app

Application works much better since I got my new phone. Saves me a lot of trips to the credit union to deposit checks since I get several a month. It is also nice to check your accounts from anywhere.

App does not want to open most of the time.

No need for turning a artsy animated safe dial to get into my account. Just buttons please. Also, an animated safe opening only slows down the access. Icons provided are not standard and are rather ridiculous. This developer who made the UI obviously thought they could be cool on top of functional, but this interface is neither functional nor cool. Please, it's banking. Just buttons, text, links and dropdowns! Fire this developer and restart with a basic interface like ALL other banks!

App will not open. I have to take app off and reload it every other time I use it. Very disappointed.

The app is unreliable. I keep getting the error "application stopped unexpectedly". After uninstalling the application to try and start over, the app is no longer available on Google play. Or at least it cannot find it. So I am stuck until the Credit Union opens on Monday.

Used this app specifically for remote deposit checking. Worked twice for me now not at all. Called Members Heritage IT, but problem was never fixed. App is usless to me now. Got more options if I just use the Website from my phone . Plus I don't have to give them access to my personal information from my phone.

Worked prior on my S4. Not working on S5. Closes app after taking picture of front of check.

Try 27 times to do a mobile deposit and got 6 different error messages.

I can try over and over for several days before I can get the photo deposit to go through. Extremely frustrating!!

First it wouldn't let me take pictures of a check to deposit. Now it will not let me log in and now I'm locked out.

It sucks

Would be a lot more helpful if it actually showed correct amount in your accounts fix ASAP please

I didn't keep getting a blurred photo error every time I try to deposit my check via photo would increase my rating if this was fixed

It's not always convenient to get to the back for me but I love the picture deposit although it won't work for my companies checks because there are asterisks in front of the amount due to quicken. Is there a way around that?

About time they made an app, its faster to log in and more convenient.

Won't bring up latest transactions

I have been wanting a MHFCU app for a long time. So far, so good. No problems with installing and using on my Samsung GS3. I turned that dial ui off and went to the icon ui. Some features I would like to see are being able to transfer to another member and Bill Pay. Also, I cannot find a way to deposit checks by taking pictures of them as the Description states.

Listed in the features, but appears that it doesn't exist!

It doesn't consistently work. Doesn't transfer money from account to the other ... I rather look online. At least thats consistent.

But no way to deposit a check as described is a serious fail. Useless without this feature.

If not mistaken, I thought you can deposit checks via the app. I can't find that feature at all.

Have been waiting forever for this app to come out!!! It is absolutely awesome!!

If you don't have a deposit by photo feature, take it off of the app store description please. The app has some basic functions that other banks had 3 years ago, so I'll drop 3 stars on it. Central bank staff are great BTW.

Installed because of the deposit check feature but it is missing. :-(
