App will not close out using the back button. Have to use the home button to exit and close it out from recent apps when your user name is saved. When user name not saved, app will close correctly.

Most banking apps allow more than balance views and transfers between accounts. I waited a long time for this app and I was hoping for Visa account access and remote check deposit since physical location of a branch is an issue if you don't live in Springfield. Disappointed. Hopefully updates will be large and swift. I love my credit union. You are better than this.

This app is not very useful since there is no way to deposit electronically, as was described in the letter stating they were canceling e-deposit. Also does not allow transfers between account holders nor visa access. Location function is not helpful outside of spfld. Would be great if it showed reciprocal credit unions statewide.

Downloaded app but disappointed that funds transfers from one member to another is not an option.

The mobile deposit never works correctly and the deposits always get bounced back the next day. Then the app won't let you resubmit it. It's much easier to just deposit checks at my other bank.

Depositing checks works fne, until I have to reinstall. Keep gettinfg error messages. Uninstall and then reinstall to make it work. Frustrating! Hope developer$ fix the bugs.
