About MIUI 8 Tweaks [Xposed]
This application is a Xposed Module. It allows you to fine-tune MIUI firmware and its applications. There is a lot of options! You can change the graphical elements, the system behavior when you press the buttons, control music playback by volume buttons, use alt-tab, turn off the screen by doubletap, more finely control the volume, change the desktop grid, fix some firmware errors and much more! Please follow the quick reboot to apply the new tweaks.
The application is designed only for MIUI firmware! It will not work on other firmwares and will not even start. For tweaks require the installation of the module Xposed Framework for MIUI. You can download it here: http://en.miui.com/thread-78894-1-1.html
The module is tested for the stable version MIUI firmware. The beta-version of MIUI is compatible, but only by 99%.

It is not recommended after flashing to apply app restoring from MIUI backup, because this occurs with errors. If, however, the recovery was done, then return the unit to operation, you must remove it, remove the activator to pump them out of Google Play Store (for free) and apply the settings from the MIUI Tweaks backup recovery methods (menu > settings restore).

Adding the option to disable increasing ringer volume and customise the notification LED while charging are fantastic additions. I want to get the Mi6+ but don't want Nougat as I won't be able to use MIUI Tweaks. :(

Some of the English descriptions and buttons are a bit hard to understand. A few advanced tweaks inhabit a tiny amount of screen real estate while there is a endless sea of white that could be used to explain the witchcraft I'm looking at. A few things are lost entirely in translation. Features are really good. I hope one day a Recents section is added as this is the MIUI element I find most lacking.

I couldn't get the latest version to work on RN4. Returning to previous version all is good, but I have to rearrange my launcher icons all over again. Update: Upgrade to latest version worked after the second try and 2(!) restarts. May a problem of the Xposed for MIUI framework. Due to the intermediate restart, which deactivated the app completely, the modified launcher icons and widgets got again totally scrambled. I am not sure there is a possibility for the dev to fix this, but it remains an annoying issue.

I really like this app, but for me it's missing one thing: an option to enable AOSP icons in the notifications area. I've found an option to enable those in the statusbar, but not in the notifications area itself.

This adds a lot of useful features. Please add a hack to force the stock camera app to stick with 4K resolution. It keeps reseting to fullHD on every power off etc.

Hi, I'm really enjoying your app, but if I am not mistaken, in MT version for MIUI 7 it was possible to activate apps notification icons in statusbar, like on CM. I think, it was a great tweak, so can you include that one in future? Thanks. Or it is only the problem on the new version of MIUI? I'm using developer version 6.12.29 for Redmi Note 3 MTK
