Hassle - Book a local cleaner

Stay away! - Awful service, it's been almost a month since I installed this app and I haven't had a single cleaner. They all cancelled last minute, or even without notice. No one picks the ponhe up either in their customer service

The app itself is poor, but the company is even worse. My cleaner damaged my wooden floor by dragging a sofa across it, and chipped an ornament, and Hassle's response was awful. They were incompetent and have no insurance for what they frame as "minor damage". Absolutely, 100% do NOT use this company.

Booking gave no choice of cleaner, it's just first to respond gets job. As single female I ended up with male cleaner. Yes that makes me uncomfortable, he's not registered anywhere (unlike tradesmen) and is going through all my house. Turns out needn't have worried, he hasn't bothered to show up. Try to cancel as don't want to pay - and can't. Hassle don't answer. All I can do is ring stranger man who knows where I live - thereby giving him my phone too. Just awful.

Hassle's customer service sucks, every time I email they cannot follow the thread/identify my registered email address. Also they pay their cleaners so badly on their first clean, Hassle keep changing the cleaners to make maximum commission while their customers suffer

Extremely difficult to cancel bookings - cancel bookings button redirects to help form. Cannot cancel payment options. Avoid - their strategy is obviously to capture their customers and make it hard for them to leave

Shamefully bad service, cleaning not done, company ignoring calls, don't download this

Cleaners don't turn up, no customer service at the weekend and the app crashes when logging in. Not impressed at all

Needed an emergency clean at short notice, managed to book a cleaner within minutes and my flat has never looked so good!

Your app isn't working. On the menu it says I'm logged in, but all the options (book a clean, etc.) when pressed ask for me to login but then reject my password as wrong. Please fix this. Thanks.

The service and website are great but the app is useless. It says my login is incorrect but the same login works in a web browser on the same phone and on a computer.

Enter in my details and it doesnt recognise. Verified those details by logging back in on web and can confirm details im entering are correct. Tried copy/pasting from another app to ensure correct details, to no success. Useless app unfortunately.

App doesn't work, constantly asks me to log in and then does nothing.

App only goes to three hours, But web has two hours, I don't need a three hour clean!

This isn't a finished app. All it seems to do is prompt me for login every time I tap a button

What's the point

"Next clean" button is broken, it just brings up login screen even though I'm logged in. I'm an existing customer so don't need to find a new cleaner. I'm just interested in changing schedule every now and then. I'm really hoping this app allows me to do bulk calendar actions (add many, delete many) as this currently sucks via the website (~50 mouse clicks to add or remove 10 entries).
