Pets at Home

This app is very useful and easy to use. I receive great voutches to use and some I can use for the whole month. With the new feature 'Find My VIP' is another great idea that pets at home came up with. I brought the tag in store and very easy to set up. It's a great feature on the app and and have less of a worry if my dog was to go missing I can send everyone an alert to say he's missing who have this app! I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a great idea and a really good app. I gave 4 stars, because there is no flexibility to it. We should be able to personalise more. Delete VIP's when needed, update pics, or even upload more than one. Mine is telling me that I have 2messages, but I can't seem to access them. There is no flow to the app, it is very rigid! Still love it though!

Just brought a find my vip, I'm already a vip member and have app so it was ridiculously easy to register my dog and for such peace of mind if she should go missing! Love to cancel put info on how her temperament is and notes! Hope I never had to use it but it's there waiting for if I ever do

It's a bit clunky when you have to navigate within it. Also, if I want to use my vouchers I have to remember to access them before I enter the store as there is absolutely NO signal inside. I would love to use the new service too but none of my VIPs will tolerate a collar. So only 3 stars I'm afraid.

Its ok but dislike having all my details being visible to me. If the phone gets lost details could be access by others. Not very security safe

It's a good start... Would be SO handy if I could add my paper vouchers to the app / would make even more sense if they were just linked to my account and automatically appear on the app when I receive them in the post (this could then lead to paper vouchers being eliminated!) That's just my 2 pence anyway, is still good having the card on my phone in lieu of the physical card.

It would be a great app if it let you put a photo in & not shut down when you press done Not sure if its because its a android phone. Email the details to PAH but it still won't work L

I love this app. I have a beautiful cocker spaniel puppy Jasmine and I'm always in store this is a great way to have your vouchers to hand if you don't have a purse. Yesterday I bought the tag in store and and registered her threr and then, it's a brilliant idea and the best thing is the cover if emergency vet care is needed. Well done Pets At Home. And Your staff Rock !!!

It's ok but it's a bit buggy and crashes a lot. Slightly disappointed store staff said it was a chip that you could track online. Obviously it's not! The Find My VIP is a Search and Rescue system which 'Animal Search' offers for free had we known we probably wouldn't have purchased four....Just called the emergency line to find it's an answering machine, what good is that if my pet was found injured?

Just signed up for the find My Vip feature which is £10 for 1 Dog. It's really easy to set up all you need is the tag for the coller register and your ready to go

Doesn't open and, when it does, crashes constantly. Incredibly frustrating.

Amazing idea with the find my VIP! nice to know my cats and dog would be on high alert if they go missing

I've registered two if my dogs with the new find my vip.it was really easy to set up and loved that u could put info regarding my dogs temperament if he's found as He s a bit nervous.

I really don't see the point of this app as I don't receive any notifications or vouchers despite getting emails saying they can be accessed via the app. Just rung customer services and been told I will only get via email. So this appears to be a complete waste of time.

Doesn't allow images of pets to be updated. Tried on their website and that doesn't allow you to access the app to add images either. Cubot Dinosaur running Android 6.0 24th June 2017 and still got same issues except I can't use find my VIP when I can't upload images.

No way to remove VIP after they have passed. Very upsetting seeing his picture and details when I log in. Is anyone going to respond and fix this feature?

When I try to log in I can't I tried to change my password no joy. As an old lady technology confuses me. I went to VIP page and it called me liar saying my post code don't exist I'm now logged out because I tried to put a new password in. My dog food is rotting sat in a basket. Ok that's a joke

Excellent app for pet owners. Very easy to use. I can personalise with my own pets information to receive useful vouchers/free samples. FIND-MY-VIP option is fantastic! £10 per dog. Recommended!

Slow at times.. hard to update, especially when it has details incorrect... Almost impossible to upload pets pictures. And impossible to find the option to remove deceased pets!

Great app. You can add pets and choose which charity to support when you shop with your Pets At Home Card. You get vouchers towards thinga you actually buy. Dunno why it's got a low rating, it's good!

I downloaded the app for the exclusive voucher to use at pets at home. I also purchased the new find my vip tag which is connected to this app which sends out alerts if my dog ever foes missing...its amazing. !

Lots of broken links. Can't add vet information even though the app prompts you to. Bought the collar tag but disappointed.

Really great app. Easy to use. Registered my dog for the Find My VIP and it couldn't of been easier.

Paid for this, but the app doesn't work. Whenever I try to sign in, it crashes, I've paid for something that I cannot use, please sort it.

Just registered all three of my dogs to the new find my VIP and it was so easy. Also love the app as keep forgetting my paper vouchers where as now I can just get them scanned at the tills from my phone. I love it.

WHY DOES IT KEEP REMOVING WHAT I HAVE TYPED????? DO YOU WANT A REVIEW OR NOT? Apart from that, despite what the brochure suggests, i cannot choose a Lifelines charity of my choice. I have to select one of the charities that Pets At Home have chosen. All good charities but nevertheless not the charity of my choice.

App is a good idea, however has not fully linked to my account and really not personalized. Every time I put VIP pictures up, they go and do not stay.

Love this app. All the latest info at my finger tips. If I lose my baby loads on it to help me find him. Great app

Fab way to get vouchers and amazing idea for the new find my VIP! Peace of mind if my dog ever runs off!

The new find my VIP is a fantastic idea. App a tad slow in some cases.

Great App and easy to set up, I'm hoping my dog never goes missing but hopefully Find my VIP will get her home quicker.

I was happy with the app until I've just gone on and found you have been very insensitive and put all my DEAD pets on when I never even registered them with the app and they were removed from my online account before the app came out. Seriously??

I love this app it really helps me with the vouchers and I just gone and got they find my VIP it's great because I have two cats with medical problems so if they do go missing I know they're covered and I know someone can find them with this app so thank you Pets at Home for everything you're doing for all the pets out there

It fails to authenticate my details so i cant login

Great new update to the app, just got a Find My VIP tag from my local store and registered it for Alfie really easily.

Difficult to work out how to remove deceased pets
