Bliss Om is a Wellness Centre, offering Fitness Classes (small groups and private) and Healing Modalites, such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, many Self Motivating/Healing Workshops, Meditation and Life Coaching. Within in our studio we have a quaint yoga room with no mirrors which encourages one to focus on inner connection. Our yoga studio looks onto beautifully landscaped grounds situated in the heart of Kleinburg. We created a Spirit Spa within our studio, implementing services such as Organic Facials, Body Brushing, Reflexology and Holistic Healing Massage. Our Spirit Spa is the gateway to inner beauty, inner spirit connection, and inner bliss. Bliss Om was created to capture the hearts of people who are on their own journey of enlightenment. It has been a vision of mine to create a place that felt peaceful and loving the moment you step through the door. Bliss Om is a sanctuary for the mind body and soul. Our main motive is to balance the body, still the mind and heal the spirit for optimal living.
