“HIIT” it!
Exercisers often fall into bad habits when doing cardio – think trudging it out on the treadmill for an hour, day after day, at the same speed. There is a better option. High-intensity interval training, or “HIIT” for short provides exactly what you need to hit your fitness goals: fat burning that lasts all day long.
HIIT involves intervals of high-intensity exercise, such as running at 90 percent of your maximum heart rate, followed by intervals of low-intensity recovery. Scientific studies reveal that there is an increase in your excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or “EPOC” for short, following a HIIT session.
What does that mean in plain English? Basically, that your body continuously burns calories and fat at an elevated rate long after you’ve stepped off the treadmill. Also, because a HIIT session is so intense, the time you save is invaluable over the course of a training cycle.
One study conducted by scientists at the University of Western Ontario drives home the value of HIIT. They found that subjects who performed four to six 30-second sprints three times per week burned more than twice as much fat as those who jogged for 30 to 60 minutes at a steady pace. That’s an incredible difference, and one that we want to put to immediate use.
In this program, we suggest that you do your cardio after weight training, as research has shown that your results may be hindered if you precede strength training with intense cardio, but not vice versa.

I bought the Pro version so I could access all the app features, only I CAN'T!!! There is no "Grocery List"and no "Calculate Your Caloric Intake" as shown in the features for this version. I noticed someone mentioned the same and Workout Routines suggested "Go in the daily workout, press Setting Button and Grocery List." I tried this and there is NO "daily workout" only workout programs ... and no settings option in the workout programs!! This seems to be a good app, but I was able to access almost th

I bought this because as a woman, I'm tired of work out plans that are ment for men. The routines are okay, but quite a bit of the rest of the app was written for men. Example, the "supplements" section was written primarily for men. This app is supposed to help me. That is the whole reason I bought it. I wouldn't make this purchase again.

Would change a few things - like make shopping list exportable, clarify the instructions on how to do the sets (order) and when to take rest and make the "extra" features like the timer easier to find. Overall it is a great workout plan and app but definitely need to tailor more to women in supplement and nutrition realms.

The first day I did the workout I was very sore for a days. I'm amazed how many squats I did. The second workout I more squats then the first days. I still suck at lunges! I'm glad I bought this app.

Good app but can't find the icons for shopping list or timer or even settings. Where are these???

I like it overall! But I am just confused as to which order I am supposed to do the workout plan. For example: Do I do step 1 (Squat, Close stance) 4 times in a row with 2 minutes of rest between each? OR do I do step 1 (Squat, Close stance) and then step 2 (Squat, Wide stance) right after and go down the list and then record the second time I do each step? And do I wait 2 minutes in between each? This is the only thing that I need clarification on. Please let me know someone! TIA

The meal plan is not based on body dimension nor does it ask for that information. 1600 calorie meal plan doesn't fit all. No option for adjustment to food choice for dietary allergy or dietary life choice.
