HealthEngine: Doctors Appointments

App crashing after recent upgrade. Can see appointment I want, with right GP but won't get past the 3 dots flashing so Book this Appointment button won't work. Frustrating

What a horrible app. Who ever developed this was absolutely drunk. How the hell can the app list my full name in one field then directly under it ask for a mandatory field to fill out my name. Horrible experience

Every single appointment I choose, it says that the appointment is no longer available and to choose another. Ive contacted my doctors surgery, and they said those appointments are available. Please fix this problem.

Its ok but takes so long to go through all the gp appointments to find the doctor you want. Should have the ability to select the doctor and then list their appointments

The app is great on ios but lacking on android. I can't find a way to see what appointments the Dr of my choice has available. On iOS you select the Dr and it lists their apps, on Android it just shows you the Dr's location. Have up in the end and booked using my partners HealthEngine on apple.

Didn't let me book AIM Medical Centre in Melbourne. It let me select available times and go through all the steps, but then said not available. Yet I could book through the clinic's website. Also the app doesn't let you filter and refine searches, so very limited in its usefuless.

It is easier than logging onto the website to book. But it would be a lot better if the app could auto complete your details based on the profile that has been chosen, as all the information has already been added into the app.

Like this app apart from birth date calendar where you have to skip through months to get to the birth year grrr! Otherwise good.

Great and easy app to make appts. Very happy with it now I recieved info from support team. Thank you for your help.

Gets stuck on the loading animation when I pick an appointment time, so at the moment can't book appointments at all.

Doesn't remember personal details and has bugs trying input them again.

Did not work my GP even said dont bother getting this it wont work just ring us

Last updates has now ruined what was once a very handy app. Every date entered now shows no appointments even though there are appointments if you ring. Please fix!!

I like the app, works well for me except if I want to book a long appointment as I can't find how to do that in the app and have to call the surgery to arrange it.

Hi.. nice app. Thank you for making appointments easier. But how do we sort or filter to view only bulkbilling appointments.. Appreciate your reply please

Not user friendly, hard to navigate.

When using date of birth you have to go back page by page. But apart from that oversite it's ok

Great! When it works! Crashes when you try and book the appointment.

Not as good as the website, can't see available appointments for certain doctors

This app is fantastic. Does everything it should to make your booking seamless. Also sends email reminders for you. Love it.

Originally gave one star: App doesn't work. Can't book any appointments. Screens either crash or can't load. Judging by other reviews the latest update has gone badly. I will update my review if it starts working. App now works and is great. I love that I can create profiles for my children and easily book appointments for any of us. Great app!!

Handy for booking but with annoying quirks like when i booked for my young son, to enter his birthday i had to click 35 years worth of months... so i didn't bother. Doctor was annoyed when he was expecting a 40 year old and the patient was 5

I loved this app until a couple of months ago when it started to freeze every time i wanted to make an appointment with my gp. I now have to contact them directly to make an appointment. I have updated the app and uninstalled and the reinstalled and both strategies have proved unsuccessful.

This worked fine untill the latest release. I want to see when MY doctor has an appointment without having to change the dates. Hopeless. Go back to how it was.

The patients profiles delete slide isn't allowing my app to delete the not correct patient profile. I have 2 profiles one correct ones not, pressing the delete button doesn't do anything. 5 stars if you can fix it.

Absolutely hopeless, I want to see when a particular doctor at a particular clinic is available I could do that in previous versions but not now, will make appointments by ringing clinic from now on.

Never works, always shows no appointments available for my local GP.

Thank you. I was able to get a doctor's appointment very quickly when the medical center website didn't itself have the option to book an appointment on their website.

Can't filter private and bulk bill

I couldn't cancel an appointment I'd made, too hard.

It was working all fine and then this new update it has deleted all my data that was on it like who out of my family i want to book for. It also wont let me log in via facebook which is how i normally do it. Disappointed as this is usually the best thing to be able to get appointments when i have 24x7 migraines. So frustrated

App very user unfriendly. Will not accept change of calander date just reverts back to current date. Star supplier option but does not have a display of starred suppliers.

Couldn't book an appt at my GP without downloading this app. The website pop up wasn't working. The app didn't locate my nearest GP using location settings, so something is off there. Had to search for it and a bunch of irrelevant results clogged the search results. Needs a fix. Had to scroll through 5.5 yrs worth of months to find my birthday, couldn't type it in. Really annoying. I couldn't even select a year... I physically had to scroll... This also needs a fix. Super inconvenient. Would not recommend.

It was working fine... Then updated & now saying no appointments available! But when I go onto the website for the medical centre I'm trying to book under there are heaps of appointments available? Not working properly!

Absolutely hate this app. Useless on S5 most frustrating. Initially always error on progressing past profile. Now doesn't recognize an appointment for my chosen practitioner. WORST EXPERIENCE!

They finaly updated this app. And now it doesnt work properly. Cant choose the medical centre i need. What's the use. Looks like theyll never get it right.

Only got this app trying to book in with a particular doctor after the website was failing to load healthengine using my phone and I've tried two different browsers, but there is no option to make appointments with specific doctors.

Worked really well originally but of late keeps freezing and I have had to uninstall and reinstall twice! Not so happy with it anymore.....

All was good until i updated the latest version , HUGE mistake ! It deleted my whole families data and will not let me re enter any info , very disappointed and frustrating !

Update Aug 2017. Latest version of the app seems to have ironed out the earlier bugs. The booking process has some extra steps now, but I can see the logic behind them. I don't appreciate being told "now is the time to review my health insurance". Functionality and interface seems to have changed every time I go to make a new appointment, which is becoming a bit tiresome.
