I have booked blood test on 15 Oct 17 and sample collected on 16 Oct. Since than I am following up for my hard copy report and called many times for the report. But they guys just saying always report will they send in 1-2 days........And 11 days passed and till now partial report send to me. My booking I'd 422341.

Pathetic services. The sample collection time was scheduled and no one turned up. After multiple follow ups, the collection was done 30 minutes late. The reports have not come yet. The collection person said they will come within 24 hours. When they didn't come, I called and was told they will come latest by 12 noon. Still no reports and now they are saying it's getting verified and will come 'soon'. The App was not showing my Sector in Gurgaon so had to do the booking on website. Overall, pathetic experience. Will not recommend to anyone.
