This is supposed to save me time and money, but only gives me frustration! I can't actual use this because I can't get past the medical history. I've tried to save it 5 times now.
A lot of good information. I like how you can organize your health care information. I like the many recipes too.
App keeps saying I need to complete my medical history, but then errors out when I try to save it.
I just set it up and everytime I try to save my medical history its an error. I can't even get my weight/height to go through
After 17 mins of "setting up the account for my son" under my husbands insurance. I was asked the same questions over and over and the App doesn't even interact with customer service so they have nothing sitting in front of them. Now it's been 13 m8ns of waiting for a doctor to call for simple antibiotics. Doc on demand is so much easier to use than this.
The app is just okay. The doctors seem to be hit or miss. I've used it twice now and the first doctor was fantastic. The second experience it seemed like she didn't listen to anything that I told her.
I guess the app works and Dr's don't. Called in with a sinus infection. They prescribed antibiotics. Didn't know it was a 3 day run of antibiotics until we filled prescription. Never heard of a 3 day antibiotic prescription. I get sinus infections yearly and 5 to 7 days of meds is always prescribed and does the trick. Called this morning to get a refill and was told to go see my regular Dr. So here I am in the middle of a holiday weekend and pausing my meds. All these guys did was drag out the infection a couple more days. Will uninstall. Wish I could complain to someone who cared.
There is no confirmation when tring to talk to a doctor. The add is not the worst I have used but it is close. Maybe the developer corrects this.
It won't let me proceed after excepting terms and conditions. Submit doesn't work??(tell me why) I'm sick and your app is not working!!! Lame!
Had similar issues of other reviewers. Hard time setting up info and getting it to save. Funally got set up, requested to be called and confirmation button/screen doesn't do anything. Later found different page that says i submitted 6 times. 4-5 hours later and still no phone call. I could have gone to my primary dr and had my RX filled within an hour.
No confirmation when submitting a request to speak to a doctor, the submit button doesn't seem to do anything. Look back and find that I submitted over 25 requests within a few minutes. You guys can do better than this.

Couldn't start a call or video visit, the blue button did nothing.
App does not work at all. There is a clear lack of development, not enough testing, cheap app.
Tried just like many on here to submit and nothing happened. So glad my insurance is paying for this cap app
Fails when requesting teledoc appt. Pressing "confirm" results in nothng.
The updates have helped a lot im glad i dont have to go pay a copay and is still get my prescriptions and even at that at a cheaper price this app really helps when you unexpectedly get sick. We dont plan for these things and sometimes we just dont have it in the budget. Thanks for this app very satisfied. I havent had any issues although i see so many complaints it may be because of your network connection or your phone i hope it gets sorted out, Goodluck and stay healthy!
Added all of my information, but it will not let me proceed to submit a request to speak with a doctor after accepting terms and conditions. I press the button over and over and nothing happens. Waste of time.
After taking time to put in my medical information and history it will not let you submit a request for a call. This app is completely worthless. The website isn't any better. The company I work for pushed us all into signing up for this and it just doesn't work. Don't waste your time on this.
So the first time I used this was yesterday. They gave me a list of pharmacies that were close by to me which was really convenient, however I highly doubt that their list is up to date because of this that had happened just a few minutes ago for me. Yesterday I clicked on one of the pharmacies recommended because it was closest to me then I proceeded to talk with a doctor, who helped me figure out what my symptoms were for what illness I might have and then he proceeded to send a prescription over to the recommended Pharmacy that I had on my list. Come this morning, my mother is headed over in the direction of the pharmacy I had on my list only to find out it's been closed for a long time now. So not only did the doctor send a prescription to nowhere, he never bothered to call me back to even let me know that this place doesn't exist and if I could recommend a different location. So now here I am still very sick, and their place of business (healthiest you business location) is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so I can't even call to complain until Monday while I'm at work. So now my problem is should I even bother still using this app considering their Pharmacy locations aren't up-to-date and now I'll have to do all my own research in order to figure out if I'm choosing the right location for this app which should have been doing the research for me. The point of this app was so that they can make it easier for me to contact the doctor get my prescriptions and get well, but unfortunately all that happened was I contacted a Doctor who knew fully well that the pharmacy was closed because they would have to contact said Pharmacy in order to place the prescription medication there for me... and he placed it anyway and wasted both our time. I'll be contacting the business location Monday to let them know which location no longer exists and to ask them to kindly update it for future reference.
I'm a single mom with 2 kids I just can't take off work I was hoping to get antibiotics for a stupid upper respiratory infection. Omg her response WaS go to Dr. No duh
Can't get a hold of a Dr because it says my child doesn't have a valid birthday. Umm.... I think I know when my child was born. Once account is set up there is no way to add another child.
First experience with the app, spoke with a DR got a prescription for a sinus infection. Pretty sweet.
There is nowhere to add your family to your profile. There is a tab in the settings called family but you can't do a dang thing in it I'm so pissed right now. Whoever designed this app should be fired!!!
Waste of time. At least the Dr called me back pretty quick. But didn't listen to me about my sinuses. Said I could be having a stroke so he didn't feel comfortable giving me the antibiotics I need for the sinus/ear infection. So I now have a call into my primary care doctor. Thanks for nothing.
Took about 10 mins from start to finish. Saved me money and time.
Painfully slow. Almost useless.
I signed up put a call in and the doctor called within 4 minutes he called the pharmacy and i picked up my meds 20 minutes later at the pharmacy and off to work i went this was at 5am in the morning on a Monday so wow.
Set up for family and once we needed it for my wife, we found out she needed to set up her own account to use it. No way to contact anyone other than a doctor, and both doctors I spoke to spoke limited English.
My 10yr old has a sinus infection. Per the Dr it's just viral. Didn't save a visit to the PCP. Not worth my time.
Saved me from having to take a day off work or leave. I talked to the doctor in 3 mi and he sent medicine to the pharmacy by my work. Simple, easy and a time and money saver
Had to use the website to initiate a call. After acceping terms and conditions in the app the app kept spinning. Nothing would load. Waited 1hr 45 mins for someone to call and tell me that they are receiving high volume of calls, do I want to cancel my call and call back later or continue to wait. This was at midnight. They need more doctors on call. Not happy with the service.
App just hangs requesting a Dr visit, did not do this before the last update. This is clearly isolated to that function as the rest of my data updates just fine.
Tried using the app to make a call to a doctor and got to where I had to accept the terms and conditions but after accepting the terms and conditions, it won't let me go any further. It just keeps saying it is loading but doesn't let me proceed any further. I tried about 5 different times and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping that might fix the problem.
Not meant for people who are insured....
