GoHealth Access

I don't like how it is impossible to access our online accounts. And everytime I call, no matter the time, they are never available.

Worked when I first opened the app, then when I went to check the chat response and open the app again, it showed a blank blue screen only. Will give another rating when fixed. ^i posted this with a 2 star rating A YEAR AGO and they replied TODAY telling me to give them a call for more help. I ended up getting different and much better health coverage with a company that was much more user friendly. Bye Felicia.

App not working properly. Seeing blank screen. Can't even set up my profile.

I would have given it a 0 but it isn't offered. The screen went blank in the middle of a chat with a concierge & never came back on. Tried for several days with no luck. Uninstalled the app then reinstalled & it worked long enough for me to log in then went blank again. I believe this app would would be beneficial if it would work properly. Very disappointed!

Good so far

This app is really easy to use, and find what you need. The only thing that needs to be improved is the chat, when I'm trying to talk to someone or if the automated message a pears or if I write something you can't see the bottom of what you wrote, and you can't scroll up to see what it is that they wrote or you wrote. I would love for this to be fixed

I downloaded it but when I go to open it nothing shows up can you tell me why

The app is great for those who enrolled with a GoHealth. It really helps with insurance navigations, and concierge always there when you need it.
