Keep on disconnected from my phone. Also, the smartwear so not sensible. It's so hard to change/get the feature I want. For eg, according to the instruction, I can get to the menu once I swipe left. Everytime get to different features once I swipe left. It's like seeing your luck whether you can get to the feature that you actually wanted. Well, with that price, nothing much to complain.

What a waste. I feel as if I've been robbed. The bootleg fit bit that supposed to work with this app is ok at best. What sucks is I can't set the time or the date properly because this crappy app keeps kicking me out and disconnecting. With so many negative reviews how is it they have not fixed the problem yet? You guys suck.

Needs improvement. The installation process shows many failed process in creating folders in the sd card. Also the heart rate doesn't work at all. The band disconnects alot without automatically pairing​ after disconnecting. Please fix these issues

I would have liked to rate this at less than one but not an option. I can not get past the setting screen so it won't connect to the bracelet which means I can't even get the bracelet to tell the correct time let alone get it to perform any of the other functions. I feel totally let down and ripped off

I agree with everyone recently that the disconnection is a big problem. There should be better upgrades in the works if so many are have problems with the app. Also I hate that I can't get the app to lock on the Imperial instead of reverting back to metric-also an app issue.The band is great-love it, tracks my sleep much better than my previous band.

After the last update the band doesn't stay connected which is frustrating to say the least. If that could be fixed asap I wouldn't have a complaint.

The app works fine. But the notification icon on the status bar kind of bugs me. Could you guys add the option to change the notification settings & UI? The app would be great if it had some UI optimization.

Needs a lot of improvement! App constantly disconnects from the bracelet. App always reverts back to metric, will not stay in imperial mode. Bracelet stopped working with app completely.

App working as it should. Heat rate don't work but band doesn't have heart rate monitor anyway. Sleep recorded fine. Steps is roughly right can't be perfect for a cheap band. Love iy

The app needs a lot of improvement. It does not connect automatically when the device is in range and this is a huge drawback, it discconects often even when in range. If and when u fix these might change opinion.

It's been working fine for months now it keeps dropping the connection. Really disappointing & annoying

I purchased this device because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something that I may or may not use. First of all, the "instructions" are completely useless because they don't tell you anything about the product. Then I downloaded the wrong app because it wasn't clear which app to use (there were 2 apps with the same name). Once I got that figured out, I set up my profile but it won't save so I have to change it every day. It hasn't recorded my walks at the gym and for the last two nights it hasn't recorded my sleep. I guess you really do get what you pay for! I should have paid more for a better product. Don't buy this device unless you enjoy throwing your money away!

It used to work GREAT, but this last update ruined it! Phone will not stay connected, and will not automatically reconnect. It does not stay synced either.

Worked fine until recently. .now is constantly unconnected. .very annoying. Please fix!!

This app is brilliant for the price - when it works! It keeps disconnecting. I can't get the heart monitor or move alert to work at all.

Worked for more than a year. Bought another one for my wife. Latest update broke it. Now disconnects all the time. Please fix.

App worked fine for the first week but now it disconnects my tracker every 10-30mins. I have to manually reconnect it for it to only disconnect again.

It does not stay connected and have to switch it back to imperial constantly. Does not always track my sleep

It can't pair to Atmos Fit Elite. My phone is Asus Zenfone 3 Max. Is it incompatible with the phone?

It is a great app just wish since the update it would stay connected. It seems to disconnect even when I'm holding my phone.

It doesn't keep connection. I connect it and within 5-10 minutes it disconnects.

Keeps disconnecting, does not record sleep anymore altho the band does record steps but when I open the app I have to keep connecting the band to the app...not happy

Overall not bad, English translation could do with some work. Step counter is a little too sensitive and the sleep monitor not quite sensitive enough.

Keeps disconnecting from my phone which is quite annoying. Considering uninstalling and using watch without this app.

For the 3 rd time after an update app won't connect to watch and the way to report a problem is so awkward it must have been designed by 2yr old or done in a way to make it impossible to do.

I can't get the app to let me sign up or login. It just sits there doing nothing. Thanks for allowing me to waste $$.

Had no probs does what it says no heart rate as watch dont have it steps at more or less bang on cant realy fault it oh and the sleep thing is good aswell only thing that dont work is sports plan

I have to reconnect my band to the app 4-5 times a day. I have to reset my preferences every time I reconnect. It's a real pain in the butt.

Dreadful app. Poor design. Language looks like its written by a 7 year old. Save your money. Buy a fitbit

After the recent update, App don't try to reconnect with bracelet 'i5' after disconnection.

Since the last update the app keeps disconnecting, not as effective as before. Can this be fixed.

Since I updated the app, it keeps disconnecting from my phone. Very frustrating....

software needs improvement. i dont get why there isnt a page to show the workout in more detail (ie heart rate, time, distance) when it is all recorded. heart rate graph is sketchy too- from the details below the graph avg HR comes up to around 140bpm during exercise, yet on the graph it only peaks at 110bpm. and this leads to the fat burn/aerobic/anaerobic modes on the next page bring way off. like 1 hr of exercise gives me just 2 min of fat burn with no aero/anaerobic? pls fix this. the other functions eg sleep monitor works well.

Actually...if the app won't keep the connection with the phone then i think the whole product will be useless.
