This is a very helpful app to go along with the life-changing FODMAP diet from Monash University. The diet changed my life. The low FODMAP diet, along with Citrucel fiber, finally gave me relief from many years of IBS suffering. Since I started the new diet about 2 months ago, I have been virtually symptom free. This app makes it very easy to stay on the diet. Just look up what is good and what is not. It will only get better over time as more foods and brands are added to the list. Keep up the good work.

For FODMAP newbies, a better free app than others due to its explanations, however other apps have ingredients categorized that this one doesn't have- common ingredients like maltodextrin and modified food starch, for example. I like how the ingredients are separated in to categories, but would also want an option to search through all of the ingredients at once.

Love the recipes! Not a lot of them, but that's ok. I'm just learning this new way to live and the recipes give me a good starting point.

This will be of great help when grocery shopping on what and what not to buy.

C70%
by C####:

Perfect for taking to the market. Thank you for making this available

Z70%
by Z####:

Should have a lot more recipes. After you get the list of food choices, not much reason to keep the app.

Z70%
by Z####:

Loose having to pick categories. Need more and better recipes.

Z70%
by Z####:

Could do with more recipes but the app is OK.

O70%
by O####:

Pretty useless since there is no ability to search for a food, only browse.

Z70%
by Z####:

Needs more recipes

Z70%
by Z####:

This app contradicts itself and has some wrong lists of food, beverages and ingredients

Lovely

Olives and olive oil are used a great deal in European and middle eastern cuisine, yet neither get a mention here. A more international flavour with more cuisines represented would be nice.

K70%

Wonderful android app, nice detailed list, maybe include an option to upload/import recipes?

N70%
by N####:

I think this is great but need more recipes, and more food lists. . .

P70%

Downloaded this app hoping for more than it gives in the way of recipes - only 7 in total. There are only a few. One of which is in not fully translated from the Swedish! Also I am not sure the list of foods are right as it includes cabbage and broccoli as allowed. I hope the developers intend to up date it then it might be useful one day, but for now save your money you can find out more online.
