I get news notices all the time, and when I click the notice to read the relative article, 9/10 times it tells me it's unavailable or doesn't even have an article I can find! So annoying WLWT.. This app needs more love, and if you are going to give us breaking news notices, make sure there is a news article to read. Notices get cut off on lots of phones, so we only see half the headline, so having a related article to see is very important. It would also be nice to have a dedicated section on the main page for traffic wrecks, so I could glance at it before I leave the house to plan my route. Will rate again if app improves!!!

Somethings wrong with the live radar. It take along time to load and still no radar. Please fix everything was good until the last update.

Ads before severe weather warning videos. $$$ before lives?

The previous app was bad enough but it was still better than the other local news apps. This new app is terrible. Never updated, inaccurate when it is and too many stories that have nothing to do.with news. Deleted.

20 and 30 second ads are WAY too long...especially when the same boring one has to be viewed in its entirety prior to the segment actually playing.

The push notifications do not take you to a story when you try to open them. Samsung S6 Active.

Crowded with promos and advertising. Slow response to input. Doesn't crash as much as other stations. Weather hard to use. Better than nothing I guess.

I will be on uninstalling this app until you come to an agreement with DirecTV. Last night we were not able to watch the Green Bay/Detroit game because we were blacked out. Figure it out Channel 5!

Out of all the local tv stations, this app and the website consistently works the best..thanks

The updated app. is working well. All the videos are working. The reports are good. I Really enjoy this app. once again. Channel 5 wlwt is my favorite news channel, when I can't watch it, this app. is just as good!

HORRIBLE UPDATE. Please give me back the old app with double stories if need be!!!!! Who else to complain to?????So aggravatingly horrible...deleting......This layout is horrible now....the old one duplicated things but was so much more interesting and use friendly .

Galaxy s7 Verizon.. have to keep pausing the video to keep the screen on.

Please fix this and bring back the old apps. I can't tell what's going on near me! So frustrating.

Took away local news stories. Only shows a couple. Please fix.

Seldom follows up on nky stories. Hard to sort through to find what is in your area. Old was better for finding things even though there were multiple stories about the same thing.

Horrible full of commercials video shuts off mid play hard to sort through. Unistalling asap!

After last update, I kept getting notifications. I went into the settings to turn them off Then I got another notification , so I went back into my settings and they were turned back on. The app is not not saving notification changes.

I wish there was a way to turn off certain types of notifications. I don't like receiving every single one, especially about things away from my area.

Evidently the old app was too successful and well designed so they "remade the app from the ground up" in an effort to confuse and frustrate its users. Well done. I don't think the app could be more confusing if it was written in brail. The reporting in the stories consistently leave out pertinent information as well. It's almost exclusively videos now each prefaced with a full 30 second unskippable ad. Worse than YouTube. The whole internet is one big advertisement these days. Pathetic. First WCPO now WLWT. I'm done with it. Uninstalled.

This app is easy to use, and keeps me updated. I love this app, and I highly recommend it.

Kept us in the know about weAther

Love channel 5. Love the breaking news and it keeps me well informed of all the news. The app is easy to use and navigate through.

The video will not load and some pictures have trouble loading. I will get the spining wheel of death while waiting for the video to load. That is frustrating as it does not seem to give up it just spins giving you the feeling its going to load......but no. It is better just to go to the web site ....that works.

Be better if you could read all stories and not have to watch videos dislike new weather radar and graphics

Why would a news app not give weather forecasts?!

When playing videos, the screen will dim then lock. Guess they haven't been able to implement that " prevent phone from sleeping" permission properly yet.

Everything reported was on point and handled in a manor that showed truth and justice. Bravo .

Design than the mobile WLWT web site but boy was I wrong. Navigation is clunkier, response is slower on key presses, lag to open a story is slower, menu is even a worse layout
