المقدمة:
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد خاتم النبيين والمرسلين، المبعوث رحمة للعالمين وعلى آله وصحبه، ومن دعا بدعوته، واتبع هداه بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
أما بعد:
فإن الله تعالى قد اختار محمدا صلى الله عليه وسلم رسولا أمينا ومعلما مبينا، واختار له دينا قويما، وهداه في كتابه صراطا مستقيما، ارتضاه لجميع البشر إماما وجعله للشرائع النبوية ختاما، فانتهت إليه سلسلة النبوءات، فقال تعالى : {ما كان محمد أبا أحد من رجالكم ولكن رسول الله وخاتم النبيين وكان الله بكل شيء عليما } [الأحزاب: 40].
إن الشريعة التي جاء بها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم هي شريعة تصلح لكل زمان ومكان، وصرح القرآن الكريم بأن هذا الدين قد بلغ طوره الأخير من الكمال والوفاء بحاجات البشر، والصلاحية للبقاء والاستمرار فقال:
{ اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم وأتممت ليكم نعمتي ورضيت لكم الأسلام دينا} [المائدة: 3].
وكذلك وصف الله في القرآن الكريم رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم الذي ختم به النبوة، بصفات تشير إشارة بليغة إلى خلود رسالته، وكونه قدوة صالحة وأسوة حسنة في كل عصر وجيل، ولكل طبقة من الناس، من غير تقييد بزمان ومكان، فقال: {لقد كان لكم في رسول الله أسوة حسنة لمن كان يرجو الله واليوم الآخر وذكر الله كثيرا } [الأحزاب: 21].
