Highfive Video Conferencing

Asks for useless permissions (why would you need my location!?) and shuts down if you don't give them. I couldn't find a way to join a scheduled meeting even after accepting all the permissions. Useless, sadly.

You guys should let me choose what permissions I want to give you without demanding all that you ask for just to use the app.

The app used to offer a dial in, but now it doesn't. You can't play sound via Bluetooth, which makes this impossible to use in the car. Please bring back the dial-in option- and ask every time you want to connect to a meeting!

I can't even log in. The app immediately crashes when it opens, unusable.

I hope this does what I need...

The Mute button does not work in app. It shows that you are on mute, but the other party can still here you!

App force closes after joining meetings

Very stupid sign in. I already have an account on desktop so I'd figure this would work on the phone. Nope! It sends a verification email to your work inbox, which is great except there's a flipping reason I'm trying to use my phone in the first place. If you don't have work email on your phone this feature becomes a real pain. Missed my meeting because of this stupid feature.

Unable to hear anything after connecting to call. We had same issue with desktop app also. But, now desktop application is working fine after uninstalling and reinstalling. Uninstalling and reinstalling of mobile app did not work. It still had hearing problem. Mobile app used to be the best, now it's useless.

Video chat crashes seconds after connecting with others sending video. Phone meetings work fine. Video is broken on pixel.

Buggy as hell. Prepare to waste a lot of time on malfunctioning calls.

App crashes 10 second in to the call every single time! Have reinstalled the app too. The desktop app works great but this Android app is another story. Please fix asap

The old app was buggy but worked tolerably well. This one won't start unless it can access my personal contacts and calendar. My personal contacts are none of your business and absolutely inessential to this app's function.

Google Calendar integration and the new in call UI is so easy to use. Need to improve the call quality on lower bandwidth connection.

No way to disable the camera :/

App crashes my LG G4 phone every time it runs. It's horrible.

Mute button shows muted but people still can you even after the latest update.

This app is asking for my contacts, and won't work without that permission. I don't see why would they do that for a paid service. It's not like they live off social network harvesting, right?

Meeting call you is so simple to use now. If I can get calendar notification it will be great.

Worst video conf app *ever*. No linux client (not even in browser), and this android app is crap. Why would you disable *speaker* when joining o meeting ? Why are you making it impossible to disable video (the upper right setting show up an eighth of the time) ? Why no "disabled video" by default ? It's so frustrating that I end up not trusting the "mute" setting, and put electrical tape on the camera... This doesn't even warrant 1 star...

Best app for videoconferencing

Highfive all around has been a terrible experience. From the lack of Linux support to the poor desktop experience to the expensive hardware... and now the horrible Android experience. I have to type in the meeting name every time I join a new meeting, which is horrible when your company has many conference rooms and long names for them sometimes. The audio is SUPER choppy. The video is grainy. I guess the UI is fairly easy to use once you're in a meeting but everything else has been terrible. Edit: Android issues seem to have been resolved. Lack of Linux support is still killing me though.

Great video conferencing

Great app, and their support through out the onboarding process, and beyond has been fantastic. And we took on this project as an add-on to our existing fully capable lifesize video conference system. Keep up the good work!

There was no automatic landscape/portrait switch depending on the orientation of the phone! Or at least it didn't work! Audio issues !

While the basic capability works for me, the Android version doesn't support Bluetooth and I can't find a way to turn off my camera.

Found no bugs so far on this version. Also, the phone screen sharing software is awesome!

Was able to hear the other person, but never received their video. Apple to Android and Android to Android.

Can't use it keep complaining I need to update but no update is available on app store

Every other time I have tried to use this app I have had technical issues. The current issues is an upgrade loop preventing any use at all.
