Im paying these people for years since youdendit.it used to be a relatively simple process.now it is an over complicated,convoluted emperors new clothes piece of junk.i must have three or four versions on different devices.i cant sign in on most of them as it doesnt recognise my email.

It's trying to offer something more than the relatively simple file sharing service it used to be, which seems to have complicated things. Sometimes less is more

This app might be perfect for 13year olds who want to make a shared folder if all their music. But as a file sending app Hightail took a perfectly good app, they used to have, and broke it.

Doesn't send my files. Miss old application.

I have used hightail since it was yousendit, and the desktop program is flawless and so simple to use and navigate. This app should mimic that. It was amazing this app is overly complicated for nothing.

doesnt work when i try to go from browser version to app its ssys download the app and i did then the link breaks and i cant see the file from browser

I just need it to forward large files. It doesn't do that easily. Only on the desktop app. I want to do it from my phone. We need a hightail express app for the phone.

I use Hightail all the time on my desktop and it works great. But this Android app for my phone is dead. Literally. All I get is the cover photo. I can't get into the app even to login, let alone try to do any work. I have to uninstall because it's useless.

It's a great app and service, everyone including me seems to be having trouble logging in. I signed in yesterday send a few files, but today I went on it and it had signed me out for no reason, then when I tried to sign back in it said that I had my email and or password wrong, which I checked and I didn't. Please fix.

Basically worthless. All I was trying to do is get a video that was too big to email into the gallery on my phone so I could post it to Instagram. Hightail couldn't even handle that. Used to be a great tool back in the YouSendit days. Now it's literal trash that I'm not sure serves ANY purpose well.

Congratulations on totally destroying a great app. Good job you should be moved to management with all the other incompetent trolls.

Doesn't allow me to do anything! Can't upload, see anything ... Please give the option of using the older app

Can't send files to people with hightail spaces (I want to send not share). Please bring the old hightail app back.

Could not even sign in, try using the forgot password button, it keeps returning you to the sign in page without saying anything. It's so frustrating I just have to uninstall.

Really good app and VERY practical for business. But, i need the app to be rotation-friendly. Since having landscape images look small. It's such a small detail I'm suprised you haven't implemented it yet.

It is zippy, fast and gets my work done. Love that there is a version available on Android now.
