The app works well. I've only used it over WiFi. The only issue I can think of is it would better if the app could locally cache the Directory contacts and list them rather than being restricted to the search function.

Poor visual interface, poor menu option I. E. No audio options, poor audio quality on WiFi 4g and 3g much poorer audio quality on 4g and 3g

Haven't had any issues and works perfectly fine. Can't tell if there is any audio lag or quality degradation, but I've only used it on a wireless and not on mobile network.

As others have said, this application is great in principle. However, its execution could be better. It is let down by very poor voice and sound quality.

Very frustrating. Great in principle but constant log - in issues resulting in missing calls and sound quality poor when using handset. Needs upgrading

It works OK voice quality seems good on WiFi. Like others have mentioned would be great of it had a local cache of the directory to display without searching. It would also be great if you could do a schedule login so I don't have to remember to log the app in and out when not at the office. Further use of this app as proved its next to useless, with 90% of calls never ringing the phone, iphone users complain they cant answer calls when a phone is locked and the stability of the software moving between networks (such as wifi and 4g) is very flakey at best.
