The apps need to fix. Only detect one device (hiro)

Works pretty nice on my Oneplus (customized android by cyanogen). The draining problem is not happening anymore.

Keeps disconnecting, even if the phone and hiro are beside one another.

I love the concept but I don't want to pay $25 for something that didn't work. I bought this on amazon and it works... Until you exit range. Then it can't get back in range for the beeping sound. So it kind of defeats the purpose. I want my money back. :(

Fix your app! None of the features work. The location sensor failure to recognize where I am or my hiro, the buzzer rarely goes off when needed to, and the hiro can't ping my phone cause of some bug. Both your product and app are useless without fixes.

I am extremely pleased with this app and highly recommend to anyone wanting to keep track of their belongings. It is well worth the peace of mind you will get from this app and device if your prone to losing your phone or personal items.

This is great helps me find my keys and my phone.

After the new update with Note 4, T mobile variant, it stops working whenever you try to search for the device. My device is Note 4 T mobile with Android 5.0.1

This update is more than worth it. Works like a charm on Nexus 5

The new app is awesome. Bugs are fixed and it's more fluid. Works on my Samsung S5

Concept is sound but this app running as a service in the background and being always connected to the tag just drains your battery. Makes it unusable except when I really need to use it to locate either tag or phone because of this.

The only reason I got this devoce was because they claimed Hiro have range of 200ft. But in real its only 15-25 ft in open area. (the iphone range 25-30ft). The app working inconsistent. And the buzzer is wey to quiet.

Think the actual hardware for Hiro is working well seems to be the app that doesn't link in. Like it won't shut off when using the find my phone options. Slightly dissapointed that they did so much work on the device only to be let down by the app.

1. When trying to find phone the ringtone only ring for once. Not enough time to locate my phone. 2. Significant battery drain. Not sure if it's because of constantly keeping BT on 3. Can we have the ability of connecting the HIRO to more than one phone but only rings one up? I'm trying to monitor my family's HIRO but don't want both our phones ringing when I pushed the button. It keeps disconnecting from my phone after a while and then it doesn't want to connect again so if I lost my hero I can't make it ring! The map feature only works when hiro is disconnected and it wasn't very accurate. Crashed when trying to take a photo of mi hiro
