There basically 4 types of user accounts

1. Mbills Classic: This account is open to all users of the mobile application. All it requires is for you to download the app and sign up. When the account user has a desire to carry out a transaction all he/she has to do is login to Mbills using his/her account details, select the service that is required and pay directly from a debit or credit card. On the classic plan you have access to all the services on the site and there is no extra charge on your account.

2. Mbills Premium: The premium account is an account designed to effectively help you manage and execute your budget with respect to specific expenditure. As it is with all Mbills plans, it is a flexible plan that caters for your everyday transactional needs and more.
As a premium account user, a profile is created for you by Mbills admin which also serves as an account. The account will then be funded by you and on every transaction the account will be debited with the value of the transaction carried out. It is an effective management tool for conservative individuals.

3. Mbills Credit: As the name implies, the credit account is unlike the previous as it offers full credit facility which is the first of its kind in Nigeria. It is tailored to cater for the needs of corporate organizations, members of staff and high net-worth individuals.
Company credit: Is an account designed for companies/organizations through which they can enjoy all the services on Mbills without having to pay immediately.The account is set up in the name of the organization and a credit period of 30 days is extended after which all transactions are reconciled and invoiced

Individual credit:designed for staff of organizations/high net-worth individuals.A Credit profile is created for individuals under a company with unlimited access to all Services on Mbills

With this the agent can start offering service to customers’ looking to utilize services or carry out transactions which are on the Mbills. The account offers an extra special discount to agents so as to enable them make appreciable profit on transactions.
