Hitask - Business Task Manager

It must sync with the built in calendar in the mobile. Maintaining a separate calendar is not OK.

Tasks in a Project can't be assigned to team members.

It should contain contacts with mobile number

Its a good app. However, noticed an issue with reminders. When u set a reminder to a task for a team member the task gets synced however the reminder is not set for the team member and team member does not have the rights to change the setting.

Great Support

When adding a task why cannot it default to today unless a due date is put in. Also sorting can be better calendar sync can confuse and events seem to get in the way.

I have been using this app for more than 1 year. Had and issue login through google account but as soon as it was informed support team has rectified it. Very convenient.

I don't know why it's so underrated here. I love this app. I use it since 2010 and for me there is none better.

New version is much better. You forgot to update the app pictures in Google Pay ;)

Two suggestions: a. sorting based on due date and b. subtasks should appear when "Today" tab is selected

Please solve it urgently!

Doesn't save new tasks from offline. That's a total fail! When online, shows blank widget pretty often :(

This is the best Task Management System. Period. The app might need a little polishing, but combined with what it offers, its the best. Calender View, Projects View, Delegation to Team, Sync, Colours Coding, Clean Printing on paper, exports to Excel like a charm. Simple to use as all details r not required to save a task. Yet provision for each nd every detail imagineable. Improvements Suggested: Batch operations, Excel Imports. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK U PEOPLE ARE DOING.

I get invalid username or password when trying to login. I'm able to login through web browser.

Cannot do batch select, batch delete, or sort task by color category

hiTask is exactly what I needed! Something simple not complicated with a project management feel

I'm back on hitask. The last time I used the app it wasn't useful. Now it's better than asana. A bit slow but still one of the best.

Very confusing both the app and the webapp. Bland and not at all intuitive nor attractive. There's a market for this I'm sure tho.

Love this app, but it desperately needs better widgets. Calendar view is a must! Both current widgets just waste screen space. I can only see 5 tasks. Why all the white space? Please give us some efficient and pretty widgets [like Solcalendar or Digical] in calendar, task and agenda views.

HiTask is by far the easiest and most intuitive of all the task management apps I have used. Great for project management as well.

Could not log in with google account. Keeps requesting permission to manage tasks and will not proceed when I click allow.

I'd like this to be able to be a stand alone app. It's not. The webpage is great on the PC, but scales horribly on my phone, so I need to use the app. I cannot set notifications in the app (at least not that I could find). That's big for me. They have made it so I can see subtasks, but only if I open the task they are in. I'd like to be able to see everything on one screen. This app is okay as a support app. If I need to find something when I'm not at my computer, it's here, but there is nothing about it that would make me come here first, and the fact that I can't add notifications here makes it something I will hardly use. I repeat, the webpage is great on the PC. This is coming along, but right now, I don't like it. The developer seems very responsive. In my review before, I complained about the lack of subtasks and said I would update my review when they were included. He/she put them in. I am pleased and have updated the review. When the app is updated, I will update it again. In general (on the web), hiTask is a very good, very capable app. It is very much worth a look.

You can add tasks easily and fast.

Better than the others I have tested. My only suggestion would be to be able to add images. Otherwise... its a marvelous app!
