Not even working, my account got bugged, tried to change password, but didnt receive mail for this... Contacted support, but they said yes, we are working on it and it is f'ed up for days now.

Old one was simply better and faster. Kinda feel like this is just a trick to get money for people installing a new app.

Generally good app but adding an in store availability option like other apps and sites have would be really good!

I love shopping in H &M

I was going to order some new clothes and a bag but unfortunately I live somewhere where I'm not able to take delivery's, meaning I had to cancel the order as there is not click and collect options near me. However if and when they become available in stores other than the ones in London I would be happy to order from H and M.

1)Orders are not delivered in 2-4 days as they say, but at least after 7-10 days. This is very annoying! I never receive my order when I need it, because I never know when it is going to arrive. 2)the app is not actualised in the same time with the Web site. It always shows offers that no longer exist on the Web site I like it tho because they have free shipping quite often. This would be the only reason I keep ordering online.

It's really annoying that I have to provide my login data everytime I open the app. And this although I agree that I stay logged-in. Would appreciate it when this is fixed.

Annoying that it tells me I will get 25% off my first order with the app, but doesn't give any code to put through to get the 25% off! Was the only reason I'd have bought through the app instead of in the actual shop

I used to love this up before the upgrade. Now it's kind of difficult to navigate it and you have to wait a lot for the app to open.

My mom works at h&m and this app is soo helpful because than I dont have to drive for an hour but they can deliver it

♠App: builds an enormous cache yet it takes forever to load anything, doesn't support landscape mode, signs me out periodically, app's own back button takes me back to the top of the list where it forgets scroll position and all sorting and view options, doesn't use fingerprint authentication, shopping is quicker and more convenient on my laptop. ♠H&M: Returns are not free in some countries, refunds take weeks (can take up to a month).

When installing the only way to enter your date of birth is to scroll back on a calendar one month at a time. I'm 53. Life is too short.

Slow, needs a lot of loading time on wifi. Logon issues and closes without reasons.

I LOVE this app! Always on it. Always browsing. Always buying! Only bad thing is it logs me out everytime i leave the app. Easy to use. Easy to navigate

Delivery takes too long to reach my doorstep.. I have made my purchase on 15 May but until today(28 May) I'm still yet to receive it... Will never bought anything from H&M online store anymore .. Never!

Cannot log into h&m club even with the right Derek's. So annoying

I just ordered a pair of earrings through this application. After I entered all my credit card details and accepted it, I did not see any confirmation of my order in the system, either in history or by mail. But that amount was withdrawn from the bank account, and those earrings were no longer in stock.

I am living in Italy but I speak english and there is no option to select italy with english language
