Hoover Quest 1000

Its great as long as it doesnt lose the wifi connection...which it does fairly easily, even when there isnt an issue with the wifi signal. I usually have to turn my phone off and on again to get it to get the connection back, which is a pain. The vacuum itself doesnt have problems. It continues cleaning just fine. I just like to be able to check the map on the app to make the vacuum isnt stuck or has finish everything.

The app is nice but with the new update it won't let me change the timing schedule. It only shows clear and cancel. If this is fixed I would give a much higher ranking.

After going through all the steps of scanning the QR code and connecting to the vacuum, it always fails at the connection to our router. Thought it was just me, but searches show it's a pretty regular thing. The app control is a feature of this vacuum, not a bonus. This needs a fix. When bounced out, it requires you to completely restart, rather then re-searching for the network. I've wasted so much time. Can't comment on any other parts of the app, as installation is such a failure. Customer service has no answers.

Please update this app and fix the disconnects!!! It's great when it works which is rare. When I open the app it just says SCANNING. Then it asks me if I'm on correct Wifi network, which I am. I tried restarting the app multiple times but I am still unable to connect.

Expensive. Vacuumes poorly and inneficiently: imagine yourself vacuuming an unfamiliar home, zig zaging inefficiently and without and idea of where to go, spinning 360 degrees every now and then for no particular reason all the while leaving unvacuumed dustbunnies, breadcrumbs and the like. Gets lost and cannot find the dock: even if placed directly in front of it, to the point of heading off and getting lost in another home. Sometimes it finds and goes back to the dock before it finishes cleaning.

Works as expected. Good job! It does a zigzag at first but after it is able to scan its surroundings you will notice a that it will follow a parallel pattern.

Please update to work with Amazon Alexa.

Cannot get it to connect ever and when it does finally connect it's rare and I don't know what I did to make it work. Sometimes I open the app and it's connected other times it says scanning. I think I've gotten to use the interface 2 times in the three weeks of owning this because the damn thing never stays connected. When I go to reinstall my Quest it cannot find the "robat" network to find the vacuum. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Does not work! Super frustrating! Does not connect no matter how many times you try!

It would never setup. I wasted 2 hours then another 1 hour on the phone with customer support and never got it to work. Call back tomorrow was the only advice offered. Totally disappointed!

Just received my Hoover quest 1000 and love the interface of this app. Easy to use, understand and setup. Thanks for making my life easier Hoover!

Super easy to use, great interface. Love that I can control it from basically anywhere.
