Great service, I am very pleased and feel that my daughter is safe using this service. I have peace of mind with the updates as the ride is in progress.

It isn't available in my neighborhood and I need a ride to the Imax theater today

How do you become a driver? Considering there's no services in my area.

Super convenient! Their drivers are very trust worthy and I feel comfortable having my kids ride with them.

I like it and my daughter likes it. I can't wait for more drivers so it can be more relied upon. You have to schedule by 7:30p thr night before. If they don't find a driver up to 30 mins before you are stuck if you don't have anyone else, the whole reason to use the service. If I had someone else ho my child already knows, I definitely wouldn't pay for a ride. It would be cool if wr could add family members (other parent and child, etc.) to be updated on the status of the ride as well.

Can't even log in, it said,invalid email and password.

Misleading, made me sign up so they could spam me in the future. They're not available in my area yet. I should have been told that I was giving my personal details to be put on a mailing list, instead it lead me to believe I was signing up.

This is a great alternative to Uber for our kids. It costs a bit more, but is still very reasonable, and it's totally worth it for my peace of mind. I know ahead of time who is going to transport my teenage daughter, and I even have a photo of the driver....it's always a woman so far....they seem to all be moms themselves. Our experience has been great. They are on time and very friendly, and our daughter feels 100% safe. We've only used it a few times so far, when we've been stuck for a ride for her. But we are already huge fans, and will continue to use it whenever she needs to be somewhere and we can't drive her.

This service and the easy to use app are a lifesaver. Even the times I may have forgotten to schedule a ride and did a last minute request they have never let me down. I highly recommend and use their service weekly.

Can't locate my code to give to friends in the newest app update.

You will need to sign up at your desktop. The app allows for you to schedule the ride and pay once you sign up. I am an early adopter, an end-user and client. I don't work for the company. The app needs upgrades, but I have no problem scheduling rides. The ap has come a long way since inception and I'm sure will get better in time. In the meanwhile, I'm glad that this company was innovative enough to launch. The drivers are very qualified to work with children! Great job with the extra screening!

I don't like the update. It crashes alot and won't let me give care driver additional pick up instructions. I do need to call in also about the credits I had towards my account before the update because I keep getting charged for each ride in addition to the credits. Hopefully they fix it soon . Besides that I really love the program. Pick ups and drop offs always on time.

Couldn't even sign up since the option to verify my phone was not even working, would have loved to use the actual service. Smh

Same app seems working fine on iOS. Not only does Android version lacking features, it doesn't have the basics working. No use if you are on Android. When is the next update.

My daughter had a safe, enjoyable ride with a nice woman named Kimberlyn. Everything was fine. App showed the break down of all charges. $20.00 credit is automatically deducted plus the ride charges. Kinda of expensive but it got the job done

Always have a problem with this app it says I hadn't checked in when I have, it says I haven't picked up the child when I have ,it says I haven't left off the child when I have ,I always have to call in order or there alwayscalling me, eventually everything gets settled and I do get paid so that's good

Too many issues with the app shutting down/not responding.

I tried to download it but it's such a poorly made app. I guess I am used to uber but I can't even schedule a ride. Not intuitive at all. The idea is great, the people making this app need to put some more thought on functionality.

This app has a smooth user interface which makes it easy to maneuver around.
