This app never actually has the ability to pay amything. Always have to use website. App is aweful. No point to having it.

This app forgets my wallet info. Even when I add it again and save it doesn't save it. Other than that bug which is a blocker its a great app.

We used this app all last year to pay for my 3 children's lunches/breakfast. We had many issues! I'd load and load money and my children would come home telling me they owe for lunches. I could not understand and would get very frustrated. This year I'm reading reviews and actively searching for a good app so my kids can eat lunch! I hate sending in checks and cash so this seems convenient, it's not! I tried loading money on the first day of school this year and it won't. Please do not use payments plus.

Not really sure why so many people have issues with the app. Been using it for 3 years now, as has my wife and many of our friends with not a single problem. We even have it on our kids phones just in case they need to jump on it quick. Looks like a lot of the bad reviews sound like people are expecting to much out of an app that is supposed to be as basic as possible. Oh and for all those wanting to know why it wants access to your camera....you can add a picture to each kids account to distinguish them. More "less useful" apps that most people have on thier phones actually want access to quite a bit more in your phone than this one does.

Used to be good, but now my kids accounts say disabled and the local AAFES rep says I have to uninstall then reinstall the app. Still doesn't work.

For some reason since this school year started, I haven't been able to use my app.

They pop up continously stating my child is below the set balance level. This happens no matter what their level is. I also love how they do not disable, even when I chose to disable them in your app. I end up having to block your app notices in Android itself.

Used to love this app, but now I can't add money to my kids lunch funds. Customer service could be more helpful too.

I've been using the same login credentials for two years. All of a sudden I'm informed that the password is correct. I have to login to the full website to complete any transactions.

This app is a piece of SH---!!!!! Can't log in, can't enter credit card info. How is my kid supposed to eat and maintain a balance in his account with this worthless app?!?!??

Good idea, terrible execution. Can't complete a transaction through the app. Ever. Better off having email notifications and logging in via a computer.

Won't let me add finds to my child acct, keeps giving error message bc it's not saving my payment info. And half the time it won't let you see their purchases. Needs major improvements!!

Support was helpful in giving me the information I needed at that time. The issue I have is that I'm not able to transfer money between my children through the app or even online. I have children at 3 different schools and added money to all their accounts without any problems. My high school age child will not buy lunch so her money sits in her account. I should be able to transfer $ between them online.

Just installed and I love it so far. So much easier to use than the website. Update: I have had this app for 3 years now and up until this recent school year, it has been awesome. Now it does not save your payment information and thus you cannot make a payment. The only thing it is useful for is checking the account balance. I contacted them about the wallet issue right away and was pretty much told 'sorry, but use the website.' Really?! The funny thing is, my payment info is not saving there either.

I will give this app 2 stars because at least I can check my children's balances. If you try to use this app to add money to an account, don't bother. It will tell you there are no cards on file and when you go to af one, it says it saves, but it doesn't. Ever. Save yourself space and frustration and just use the actual website.

I was really hopeful for this app. I paid a chunk of money to my child's account with the new year's fees and, while they show up in the payment history, they don't show in my child's acct. The company has blown off multiple email requests to help my cafeteria mgr and me to straighten this out. P.S. Their fees are outrageous.

Since last update back in Sept, crap. Lost wallet info, wont save cards anymore even tho it says its saved. Totally useless now. And why does it require access to my camera? This should be an optional feature.

I don't think applications that are supposed to store credit card info are where jr app developers belong. This is such amateur work. There's an "ok" pop up with no message when opening the app. Why is this? I keep getting some wallet error when trying to check out. I go to update my credit card info, it says saved successfully, but doesn't save! When typing in cc number, it should change to number pad keyboard, not use the default. Learn to program ffs!

This app pisses me off. I'll just send cash into school instead. It always charges funds from the wrong credit card. This app used to be good. It's junk now.

Won't update Balance even though I've made a payment into the account. It shows the payments under transactions but not in balances and therefore keeps alerting me that Balance is low.

This app is worse than useless because it makes you think you can add money to your kids account, but no...

Don't trust this app with your money! For an app that processes payments, they should really work harder to fix their bugs and give better support when the app messes up. I won't be using this again and recommend you pay cash instead of using their glitchy software. Great concept, amateur execution.

Although the option of paying online was super helpful. I did have an incident where I indicated to make a payment from my credit card because I was tight on cash that month, and the app took it from my bank account instead which caused an overdraft. When I contacted them and asked them to correct it. They said I'm sorry there's nothing we can do.

Haven't had app installed log enough to have any problems. Issues others sound like they're experiencing sound more like individual school district problems.

They are terrible about answering emails. My kids have had money in their account and been denied lunch. I get alerts saying my kids have less than $5 when they have much more than this...and for all this awful service they charge an outrageous fee. Also, the app crashes constantly!

Everytime I leave the app, and come back, it says my password is incorrect, even though it isn't . I also have the "general account" notifications turned off, but I still get one that says it's low, and when I clear the notification from my phone, less than 2 minutes later it's back. I'm done with this app. I will just log in through the pc.

App sends me low funds alerts even when it has money in it. Sends these alerts daily around 5am regardless of the balance.

It shows that my child is owning money even after I pay some. Called the school and they say that there is money on the account..

I havent been able to login w the app since lasy update but I can log on thru website w no problem

After 4/24/15 update, can't login with credentials used in browser that worked before the update. Tried deleting and fresh install--still did not work. UPDATE: After 4/27/15 update, I can log in again. Thank you ☺

This app bearly works or even remember ur login and password. Not to mention, it freezes and shows my children have no funds and I wonder if they wld eat but the company doesn't knw what wrong with their our system. Some thing new and more effective needs to happen,fast.

Had some login problems earlier on old device, hope it works better now. Still better than having to log in to access on your computer.

Great app normally! Used it all the time! Last update really screwed things up....disabled ability to make payments on our account! Cmon guys....need new update fast!

My kids have over $50.00 in their accounts and it keeps notifying me they have less than $5 in their accounts. The notifications are wrong all the time!!!!!

The only thing you seem to be able to do is add money to an account. All the other extras you can not see. It would be nice to be able to use it like on the desktop.

App was great until I guess an update was done. Did a live chat with customer service said the system was doing an up date. Not happy.

Doesn't accept my American Express card

Account has been disabled after last update. Fix it!!

I was able to signon and display past activity. I was able to add a 'Wallet' for my Checking account. I was not able to pay however. Message was 'Invalid Wallet for Gwinnett County'. Uninstall.
