HP Social Media Snapshots

I can't get my printer to print anything. It just spits out blank photo paper. Doesn't try to print the photo. It will, however, print perfectly fine through other HP print apps. Plug-in is enabled, ink cartridges are brand new, smartphone(galaxy s8+) and printer(hp deskjet 3520 series are on the same network. Any suggestions?

That I can't shrink photos to fit how I want them to makes this app completely useless. Now I'm out $10 for 4x5 photo stock I didn't need since I have to use Photoshop to get a proper print anyways. Thanks HP!

My app wont keep the print page open so im unable to print anything out i dont think its my phone as ivr updated it reset it and uninstalled any other hp apps the re installed them and i keep having the same issue the print page appears fpr about half a second then disappears again ...very infuriating

HP is a superior recognize name that you can depend on for above quality work.

Does not work with 7510 hp printer. Uninstalling.

Idk why everyones mad at this app. It works fine from my Galaxy S5. I can print full page or Photo size. No complaints just simple and easy prints from my facebook or pics from my phone. Thx

Needs some improvements but it's easy to use

Didn't think I would run into problems considering I have an HP printer. I can only view 23 out of my 1100+ pics on Instagram. Does not have an option to print to 4x5. Tried messing with different paper settings but unfortunately I don't even have a "custom size" option. Tried printing to 4x6 but the image prints crooked. The social media snapshots photo paper and app was a waste of time, ink, paper and money.

Printer service doesn't allow me to print the snapshots to the correct paper size despite having deselected all but the desired paper size in the hp printer service. Definitely more trouble than it is worth. Meanwhile my iPhone works fine...

Tried printing on my HP Photosmart D110. First one came out blank. Second one only printed the bottom half of the photo at the top half of the paper. Very disappointed. No wonder these were on sale.

Does not work with printer. Unable to select paper size and displays the printer is not available when it is. Misleading message. Oh did I mention I am printing from Android S6 ...

App keep crashing all the time. Can't select other paper size.

Hp Officejet pro 6830 All-in-one

Crashes every single time I try and use it.......I can't even select a picture

App worked fine on my galaxy s6 edge from my experience. The printer I used was HP deskjet 3520. Even though there wasn't an option on the app to print 4x5 with the special paper that came with the ink, I just selected the 4x6 option and it printed those pictures just fine. Can't wait to hang them up.

What's the point of having it if it won't let you make choices for printing? Took off my phone!

Does not work on my Samsung Galaxy phone, OS will not let me select this paper size.

Printer has no setting for this size paper. Keeps stopping. Not a good app. Uninstalling it.

Um what's the point in selling the perfect size paper to print the instagram pics if the hp 4x5 photo paper isn't an option on the paper size list? All the other features are great otherwise. Wish it worked like it says it does.

I downloaded this app because I received a sample of the HP paper that you are suppose to be able to use with it. When you print, the size of the paper (made for use with this app) is not available. Trouble-shooting states to change paper size to custom, only that is not an option.

Fails to load pictures which slows the app way down. When I try to print a picture it closes out completely. Frustrating.

Has NEVER loaded pictures! Icons just spin. I would not even give it one star but to rate it had to give it something.
