Sometimes it gets bugged and cannot connect to watch. What you need to do is hold both buttons until it asks you to restart. Press the bottom button to restart. If this does not fix it try this: while holding the bottom key press the top button 3 times. This will reset the watch to factory settings and it will definitely fix any issues.
