Probably the shittiest and most useless app I have installed. It took 3 days for someone to reply to my question of "I'm taking a trip to China tomorrow morning, and I need some RMB. Where can I get some tonight?". And even then the response was "Go find an ATM." WTF!!!

Running Android 6.0 on HTC One M8. All settings normal. Yet could not launch app after successful installation. HSBC Relationship Director could not help. Could the apps developer look into this ? Many thanks.

Same poblem with other users, Jade stopped n not able to run. Disastrous for an apps launched by a leading bank. Hope it does not reflect the ability of the management

No technical problems with the app, but the service by Quintessentially is useless. If you want a concierge service that you have to constantly chase to get any action, never responds when they say they will and ends up booking something different to what you asked for (and something you could have booked yourself with far less effort), then this app is for you!

Same as others, crashes on opening. This whole Jade service including this applet is worse than the Premier brand. This cannot be how you treat elite customers. Hope the new chairman will fix this.
