Amazfit - Activity Tracker

I loved it on my cell. Accurate step and nice little notification for phone calls. Now it no longer working on my Samsung Note4. ???? I have to use a tablet to get it's data ????

This app does not work on Android 7

This app need to improve some features such as show call number or caller and same as the messengers notifications.

The sleep tracker definitely doesn't work in mine, as I get up every night at 2:30, and it has not recorded my 30-45 minutes of being awake yet. Further, the heart rate monitor has broken after only 40 days in two different Arcs. Other than the product, the app works well. I do wish they would integrate with the NikeRun app for a more complete workout tracker.

My AmazfitArc well not hold a charge for even 24 hours! The wrist band does not display the correct information, nor does the information display accurately on my android phone!

Broke in 33 days - I loved this when it was working - it was stylish, it kept track of my steps, it did a good job on my sleep. The app was ok, but then one day I put it on the charger and it would not charge. We tried everything. I've been in touch with customer service three times (but only email as I can't find a phone anywhere), they've stopped getting back to me - is it because I asked to return it? I want to return this! I don't want to just be stuck with a crappy piece of technology! Step up the customer service and improve the product, because right now it's horrible.

I've not been able to pair my amazafit with this app on several different occasions and even got a new amazafit and it still won't pair. It did for the first 15 day I had the last one but it won't anymore. I've tried everything that is said to do

It's good, but weird, tracks my sleep, but not if I take a nap. Tracks my steps but doesn't seem to track anything else, or have the option to. Still going to keep at it to see if anything improves.

Need a update to resolve some troubles with connection between the phone and amazfit arc.

Calorie reading on watch not accurate as in the app. Please fix it

Can't get it to pair with Amazfit watch. The watch app pairs but this app keeps asking to pair and can't find it

I can not pair with my Lg g4. It find my amazfit. Interestingly amazfit watch is working.

The app is much to be desired. It is anything but interactive or user friendly

The fitness tracker is stylish & sophisticated so it's something of a let down that the app is so crappy. The sleep tracker is ridiculously inacurrate so I don't bother wearing it at night any longer. I actually have no idea how it can be this bad. Device pairs well… no complaints there but this app needs lots of work. Fitbit & Garmin apps BOTH much better. You need to step your game up.

I couldn't get it to pair with my Galaxy Note 4 phone. I was going to send it back & decided to try to pair it with my Samsung TabA and it worked. I can now get the data collected on my phone app, so far, so good.

I received my Amazfit for Christmas and have used this app everyday since. I've never had it fail or lag it works beautifully.

Does what it's supposed to do. Looks like developers are at work trying to improve the app. Which is much appreciated. A feature I miss is integration with MyFitnessPal. Which I hope the developers implement soon. That would really sum up the app.

I love this app and my amazfit. It replaced a Fitbit that had to be replaced 4 times in less than a year. It is very accurate.

Works great with my Amazfit Arc. It presents the information in a way that is easily read. It just needs a way to transfer the data to my PC.

App is ok. Just wish it would share info with my other apps. It would be nice if I could specify activities (yoga, zumba, weightlifting).

Nothing works, do not even bother to install, tried it 3 times will not recognize the watch and does not even have an option to link or synchronize the data, big zero.

I LOVE the product and the App works well. Simple and to the point without all the clutter.

Pairs easily, tracks effectively, works well.

Everything works on my Nexus 6P. No issues with the app. My device pairs. I receive app, SMS, and call notifications. The sleep tracker detects accurately when I wake up and the time I fell asleep. For more advanced tracking, I would love to see a more detailed mode for specific activity tracking like tennis.

After update still wIll not connect with app.....time to send this junk back to amazon.....no wonder it was as cheap as it was........But the ios app pairs with no issues. ..I've tried pairing on 4 android phones and no go.....I guess app maker can't write good apps

I love the app it keeps everything pretty straight and simple to use. I'd like to see heart rate, weight log, calorie intake log and exercise log added. This would be helpful in so many ways.

Works perfectly, neat straight forward app. Connected to a Galaxy Note 4.

Lacking in features

Works well, although it rarely records the times I wake up in the night. One night I woke up and by moving my arm looking on my phone it assumed I was taking steps but did not record any awake time. I would also love to see compatibility with other fit apps like MyFitnessPal and Google Fit, like the FitBit and other popular step trackers can do.

So far so good. Not as detailed as I would like but it work well.

I had to remove my band, and then sync it again in order to make the while thing work again. It wouldn't load my steps or sleep... I lost 2 weeks of data..

The app is very user-friendly. However, my Amazfit is not vibrating while I am receiving a new sms...

I have the moonbeam. If it gave a vibration notification for text messages it would be perfect. The tracker is beautiful. And really keeps a charge, I've gone 15 days on one charge before. Its easy to use, and counts my steps accuratly. The phone call notifications are great! If it just also did texts I'd feel 100% connected.
