Are you guys stupid? The reason why I asked is I reset my phone because I had a virus (it was slow at doing certain tasks) and I backed up everything through internal storage. I lost all messages, screenshots and downloaded apps. When I contacted you about my situation you asked for my IMEI, and when I told you, you said to use HiSuite in the future when I reset my phone. How is that got ANYTHING to do with my IMEI? I can't wait for my contract to end. Then I can go back to Samsung.

i don't know why people are complaining when they have honor 5 and they don't get updates it's an older phone. Anyway i have the p9 lite and it's all good Huawei gives us updates often but the hi care service sucks. Wtf it doesn't even work

Haven't been able to login for over a week. Simply says "can't connect to server, touch to refresh". Tried using wifi, mobile data, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, nothing works. Still waiting for a reply from support.

The phone keeps freezing and and not touch sensitive enough. Huawei can do better than this.

Someone would think a pre-approval installed app would upgrade from "old" to up to date. It brings no value. How can we uninstall it ?

Useless app. No updates for Honor 5X, no need for Hi Care and Emui update. Huawei firmware support ZERO...

Can not extend 3 months warranty on site it only for honor 5x But in my honor 6x warranty card it says we can extent the warranty.

When will Marshmallow update for Honor 5x KIW-L21 be available in Middle East? Marshmallow update for Honor 5x other model numbers is available so why not for KIW L21? As well as, Marshmallow update for KIW-L21 is available in other regions so why not in Middle East?

Honor 5X on Android 6.0 and EMUI updated as well. It would be nice if the HiCare automatically detects the IMEI number as well to know about the current warranty status.

I couldn't really care less about this app but I am stuck with it so I guess I'll have to keep it.

Got registered as advised on Hicare. Cracked the screen after first week of purchase. I was assured it was covered under VIP service. However upon sending the phone for repairs they are claiming that the phone was not registered under VIP service. I got the phone from Vodafone and it was Vodafone colleague who registered my brand new phone for VIP service. Huawei seem to have no system in place at all. Everyone I contacted have different views on VIP service. They are confused and misleading. Must say they give wrong information to sell their product.

You told us that you will update g7 to lollipop and lied, then you told us you will update honor 5x and lied. Where is kiw-l21 update. Samsung is much more better. THEY DON'T LIE TO US

This app not even register me. I purchased mobile from Dubai and uainh India. Crap app. Each time I try to register using mobile number or email id only one answer "SERVER IS BUSY". Nice service from you

Useless app and live chat. Agents cant even answer simple queries. Agents also disseminte false information on firmware updates. Most of them have conflicting solutions to problems encountered by customers. Hiawei should train their agents well regarding their products. Useless app and livechat.

The program gives a network error when entering the main menu " manual" and i have a wifi but gives this message ! Fix it please

I wrongly updated my Mate 8 because I'm unable to get any updates via OTA. After my phone went bust due to a manual update, the local huawei refused to restore for me my phone when I'm even willing to pay.

I have used Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, iPhone 6 plus, One plus 3....love phones. But it is in P9 I think I have found what I love....fantastic camera and camera features. People who are fond of camera phones....please look no further...otherwise too...I think p9 is great value for money...it is so sleek...has all the features plus more of Samsung...

There wasn't an update for the honor 5x because it's a cheaper device and unlike Samsung they don't completely cut off the older phones
