About Arbitration

This mobile application is about arbitration. Arbitration is a way to resolve disputes without going to court. In the United States and in many other countries disputes that are not criminal matters are resolved by arbitration rather than litigation. This app may be used by students, attorneys, arbitrators or anyone who wants to understand the basics about this subject. This app is designed to explain arbitration in a simple manner. It also features video examples of investigatory interview, pre-arbitration, and arbitration. Please note that although the arbitration process described is employment arbitration the procedure is basically the same for any type of dispute.
