i love fresh bros and ordering online is easy, buy everytime i get to check out credit card payments do not work. this has always been an issue so i have to opt for cash which has stopped me from ordering delivery if i do not have it on hand already

Deals do not show prices, icons do not work after going back, practically impossible to use, have to start over multiple times and go to cart to see price. I just gave up on it and went with another pizza place. Samsung G6 edge +.

Clunky app didn't work well for me. Kept shutting off mid order. Had to reorder 4 times to get my delicious pizza.

Awesome job listening to feedback!! I always order extra butter and cheese on my garlic knots, but they rarely ever show up with it. One day I was more annoyed by this than usual so I called to complain. They apologized and emailed me a $10 gift card. The next time I went to order so I could use that gift card I was pleasantly surprised to discover the app now had specific buttons to request extra butter and cheese. The app still needs a few more tweeks to get 5 stars, mainly in the deals section. The selection is lacking (how is there no deal with garlic knots?!?) and the prices aren't posted. But I have no doubt you'll continue to improve the app. The pizza on the other hand is already perfection! ????????

Kept asking for Unit Name and other names for things and then denying those names/not letting me just order.

It's very convenient to use an app to order, either for pick or delivery.

First time ordering from this place and the app made it really easy!

Worthless app, why would you limit you customers to only be able to order online for delivery through and app that gets stuck on the loading screen. Was going to give this place a try but im not going out of my way when they make it harder than it should be.

Worthless app. Stuck "loading" endlessly when I enter my delivery location. Too bad it's the only way to "order online". Skipping Fresh Brothers entirely.

Since the latest update in April 2017, I can't get past the "select a store" page. It just keeps saying "loading." I am running Android 5.0.2.

It's great when it works, a few bugs here and there that needs to be fixed. A lot better than the earlier days.

Like many others it seems, the app gets stuck loading endlessly when I try to put in my delivery address, and there's no other way to order online. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Great app, but a little buggy on the "select a store" page, unless you log in. Then it would ok. And the pizzas can't be beat, frankly.

The app works great the first time and gives you your 10% off for using the app but after that it never gives the 10%. I do like how it saves your last order so you don't have to start all over from scratch.

Works well, a little difficult to make changes but after a little orientation it all Works!

It restarted 3 times. If you try to use as guest order it never goes past address screen.

Credit card entry has a bug. No place to enter CCV # but I get an error that it's required

Love the app. I have no issues, and saving my favorite orders makes it so easy to use.

Never checks out, gets stuck on loading. Tough to change delivery address and seems to pick at random

Need to list deal prices and have more options for deals
