Booked a taxi, only to be contacted twenty minutes before i was supposed to leave to say that no taxi was available. Write that on your app then instead of stressing people out with no transport. I will never use your company again.

This app is really not good enough. It drains the battery by constantly keeping GPS active, it has issues with credit card transactions, and it costs 10% more than paying cash. Come on - rise to the challenge.

No longer running a 'service' (if u can call it that) in Coalville. The app lets u book but 99.9% the Loughborough office will call to say they cant actually meet the booking so need to cancel. They are still advertising Coalville service but the guy on the phone told me they wont send cars over to Coalville from Loughborough anymore. Poor Service is a very mild way to put it. Give Gems or Yellow cabs ur £££ they wont let u down!!!

Potentially useful but had to give up, address search seems poor. Trying to find something common like Loughborough Train Station and it couldn't find it.

Brilliant makes getting a taxi so easy and its relaiable. Shows you exsactly where is it and where its going. I've never had a bad driver! theyre all really polite, profesional and friendly . This app is a must have for those who use taxis
