No self inspection option available. Waste of time! Despite having log in every time we have to add policy numbers manually and exact policy number is not accepted. No guidelines to add correct number. Feature says self inspection for cars but no such thing exists!

Completely useless app. This can't retrieve older policies for renewal. However renewal works in the online site. No option to change password or edit profile. Continuously prompts for location services, even after enabling it. Will uninstall after this review. Shame on ICICI.

Renewing an existing policy should be not more than a few clicks. On this app you need to memorize your existing policy number, chassis number and then type them in on the renew policy screen. This app is Not designed for use on mobiles.

I bought two wheeler insurance, it guided me until payment, and when I made payment it showed transaction id but when I saw in My policies, I could not find my just bought policy. It deducted amount from my bank also. I think this app is nothing short of junk. I want my money back. If people can't buy the policy then what's the use of this app? I tried to buy from web site but couldn't find the link for new policy. If you are providing app for such critical use, you better do proper testing before rolling out to public.
