Use to work now my local joint won't show up or any location in my city

Does not show my local joint

The app will only work if I restart phone. When I click on the location store to check in, it it only shows the information. I will need to restart my phone every time for it to work.

Application always shows me as checked and requires me to restart it to actually check in on at least 2 occasions I believe the additional check in counted against my 5 visits despite me not actually being checked in. The wait times are never accurate checked in down the street and was told less than 5min but show up in store to find a 30min wait. Please fix or I will be cancelling membership

It puts me on the list, but my name is not removed from the list on the app after my visit.

Sucks

App doesn't actually do anything as far as I can tell. I'm in LA and it just came up with random locations in Nevada, all saying coming soon. Only function I could find was a button to learn more about purchasing the underlying scheduling technology for your business. Fake app so far as I can tell.

easy to use, very functional.

The app is super easy to use, the issue I have is I'm always checked in! Once I check in and visit the clinic, the app doesn't recognize I've been there so I have to manually cancel my check in after each visit. If I don't, I'm still "checked in" the next time I open the app for my next visit.

Great app! It was awsome to be able to see real time waiting periods.

Great app, quick check in, great service

While I like The Joint business, this app does not show all of them. I live in Austin and know of at least four in the area. This app shows the closes one to me is in Houston.

Why advertise a app that isn't fully setup for all of your locations?! Totally useless.
