Idea Money Payments - Recharge, Send Money, Wallet

Cheater app. Making big ads of cash back offers but when I tried to pay electricity bill during offer period it's not allowing at all, even after so many attempts. Very pathetic.

WTH ! While creating my wallet they asked my DoB which is apparently 31/03/1999, that time they saved it and later while verifying their calender ismt moving ahead of "Jan 1998". Now tell me you idiots how will i create wallet succesfully ????????

Initially time taken for transferring amount to bank was 24 hours, now u made it as 73 hours, 3 days, so wats the use then, we can use paytm instead, more or less charges are same... Waste...

Though I am a Fully KYC Customer I am unable to Load Money as you do NOT support SBI Debit / Credit Cards. Please resolve the Long Pending dispute with the SBI ASAP keeping National Interest and Customer's Interest in mind. Customer Service should be the first Priority. GOOD LUCK for ending dispute.

They are cheating. Tried two times to load money in my wallet amount is deducted from my bank account but haven't loaded in idea money wallet. 1st amount = 105rs 2nd time = 120rs If i call there service center they says nothing and transaction in my idea money is also not showing. But the amount is deducted from my bank account through POS withdrawal. Fraud company. They are cheaters.

Worst app ever.. was trying to recharge 4g pack on my idea app. But every time its got failed while paying through this money wallet.. being similar company also they dont have same recharge plans nor support each others recharge packs.

The top up full talk time recharge says days = 0. It's confusing

This app is a fraud, i loaded 458 rupees to this app by my debit card, but my wallet balance is still showing zero. Where is my money? Refund it..Guys dont load money to this app. I lost that much amount.

Useless app...They will cheat ur money on the name of cashback.Which will never given to you.They will also charge money to transfer ur money to ur account.Dont go for it unless you want to loose ur money. At last customer care response is pathetic.????

It is good but the big problem here.sending money to bank is not work properly and always transaction failed. Clear this problem as soon as possible.

It is worst b'coz I lost 600 rupees Money was debited from the account but wallet is showing nill balance

Idea has my idea & idea money wallet....Why on the earth these people need two applications for bill payment...Why a consumer should expend on mobile memory just for one cause....Idea customer care do not know anything about app & app has a different toll free number & it's not displayed in app or is sewn easily. Not expected from IDEA....

I am not able to load cash using internet banking, whenever I try to do login to union bank payment gateway, login button dont work, I am not sure whether this issue is with your app or payment gateway.. most probably its issue with payment gateway of union bank of india.

Worst app I ever seen.try to add money but stuck in payment process.money deducted from from bank account and not added to wallet.app management and navigation is worse.nothing much outcome of this app.

This is very faltu app. Disgusting. No words to say about faltugiri of Idea. Other app charge 1 or 2 rs for bank transfer and idea money charge 11.8 rs means 12 rs per 100 rs. Third class app. I never recommend this app to anyone. Do not install idea money app. Anyway idea is faltu doesn't matter it is telecom services or wallet.

Very useless app it is , slow processing time and that too gets failed every time . Lost my RS 100 before due to the time out in my transaction and now again too , and as usual the customer care will fakingly try to pacify by saying refund will be initiated within few days but I know as usual it will never be done .

Cheater app they mentioned flat 50% cash back for recharges on idea prepaid and postpaid i done recharge for idea prepaid didn't got any cash back friends don't install this all fake

idea money is best app but idea stores can't access the amount to deposit in idea money accounts why , why are you not give the customer care in regional languages? as for TRAI rules all Telecom company services must and should give regional languages? tell me
